  Kling Construction damaged my property while performing excavation and construction work on neighboring properties at Stone Creek Ranch. The most recent damage involved ripping down my temporary fencing on 10/25/2021. Previously on 10/22/2021, the fencing was also torn down. Several weeks prior, a portion of my front lawn, including the sprinkler system, was removed by a Kling Construction employee. None of these items have been fixed. When Kling Construction employees were asked to fix it, they stated damage of property through their actions was not their problem.

  The employee in question did not give his name. The location of the incident was Stone Creek Ranch and the last date which contact was made with the said employee was 10/25/2021. If I see the employee again, I will be more than happy to provide a picture.

  The directive for work was from **** **** from ******** *****.  The temporary fence was put up for the home owners protection, as the houses on either side of them were not done.  The fence had to be taken down to finish the backfills for those houses,  ******** ***** communicated to the home owner regarding the fence removal.  There was an orange fence for the dog run put up during the work process.  ******** ***** said they would be taking care of reinstalling the fence once work was completed and would fix the landscaping.  Everything was done as directed from ******** *****, whom was in communication with the home owner.   Kling Construction performed the work directed by the builder, ******** *****, we were not directed to do the landscaping, as ******** ***** had their landscaping company lined to take care of that work.  If there needs to be additional information please let me know and I will have ******** ***** send over the communication notes between them and the home owner.
