I received outstanding plumbing service from **** of RMW Plumbing services! With a leak coming into my garage from the ceiling where my kitchen is, I was really worried. Finding a new plumber to trust is not easy! **** really came through 110%. Phone calls were answered by **** (I was not sent to voicemail), communication was clear and easy, and **** came to the house as promised at the day/time agreed upon, and soon after my reaching-out for service. Two words stand out to me after getting service from this small company: Trust and reliability. Im so glad I now have a plumber to call when needed who Im very confident will solve whatever issue I have with what I think is at a fair cost.Review from Richard D

I called several plumbing service companies for a drain problem and either got no answer or a schedule 2 weeks away. Rick answered and said he was busy right now but expected to be free in the afternoon about 2pm. At 2 PM he called and apologized that he would be 45 min. late. He showed up 45 min later. We discussed what the problem was and he looked it over and started work, after explaining his fees. It turned out that the traps had to be rebuilt after the drain was cleared, he said he didn't know if the trap was damaged prior to his work or if he had damaged it but he would take care of it at no additional charge. That is top notch customer service. I would recommend RMW Plumbing Services to anyone in need of this service. Thanks Rick for a job well done. Dick &Fran Dougherty
