      Windish RV is great to work with...as long as you are buying from them. But the service? Be prepared to make multiple calls, get put on hold, get the run-around, and, if you're lucky enough to find a human to help you, be prepared to wait months and months for an appointment...which means you miss camping season altogether. So disappointing.

      ******************, We checked our records and we see that you have had two service appointments scheduled and you did not bring the unit in on those days. When you miss an appointment, you will have to reschedule, and you will be in the same rotation as everyone else. We only schedule and take as many trailers as we can service. When appointments are missed unfortunately you might have to wait a few months to get back in.

      I purchased a used travel trailer from the Lakewood location in August 2021. I didnt finance the trailer I had a trade in and settled the difference in cash. It is now September 2022 and I have yet to receive my title. I have reached out to the dealership three times each with promises made then not delivered. Be very wary of this dealership.

      ****************, I am sorry to hear that the title work has been lost. We had sent the title work *** to the county and apparently that was where it ended. My title clerk and my self have never spoken to you about this. We have contacted the county and verified it is in fact lost. We will be initiating a new title tomorrow at the state and getting all the paperwork duplicated. We are sorry this is taking so long but unfortunately I am not sure who you talked to but the messages were not relayed to the correct department. We will contact you when it is complete.

      They will sell you a trailer and when it needs to be fixed they will COMPLETELY IGNORE YOU!! The whole service department is terrible. Do not do business here. Its not worth it when there are plenty of other RV dealerships in the area. I was fooled by the A+ rating. Dont be like me. You will regret it. To get any service appointment you will have to go to the service department in person.

      We had an issue with the brakes and we were helped by the sales team and customer service to get a new braking system. They are very helpful.

      I had a scheduled service appointment they have had my 5th wheel for 4 weeks now and have not even touched it.all I keep hearing is its next in line.no one has really decency to even call and let me know what's going on.this is my 2 5thwheel in 3 years I have purchased from them I'll never go back

      We apologize to hear you experience with Our service department has not meet your expectations. Unfortunately due to staffing shortages for us and across the ** industry we are running behind and are pulling in customer units in the order in which they came in. We are working to remedy the situation however turnaround times are extended. Normal turnaround times are usually no longer than two weeks. Commonly we tell our customers that we will call them when there is a change in the status of your work order and I apologize if that was not communicated with you. Meaning if nothing has been done we typically do not call to tell you nothing has been done. The information that you have been told about your trailer being next up to be worked on is accurate. The customer that was here before you had a very large job that took about a week to complete. We understand your frustration and are working as hard as we can to get every customer taken care of as quickly as possible and in the order in which they dropped their unit off.
