I purchased a riders advantage extended service ************** & tire warranty at time of purchase on a new motorcycle. I canceled the policy within the 60 days required to be issued a 100% refund of $2414.00. ********* at **************** verified a full refund had been approved/issued/sent to dealership. So if refund is anything less than 100% that will also need correction. I cant say as Ive not received refund. *********************** assistant manager informed me on August 3 (by voicemail) that they would be sending a ***** check/refund that date 8-3. I called and spoke with ******* on August 4 to request a tracking number. ******* said he would find out the tracking number and text the tracking number. Having failed to do so, I called the dealership on August 5, and August 6, leaving a message with a employee on each phone call requesting *********** please provide the ***** tracking #. My only concern is the refund check for $2414.00 being left on my doorstep and stolen since I am unable to verify or anticipate its delivery. It would appear ******* has no intention to return my phone call. I would like the Better Business Bureau to investigate the facts that I present and verify or obtain the claimed tracking number. In the event this check has been endorsed and cashed fraudulently - they need to reissue a new certified funds payment/refund and hold it there at the dealership for me to retrieve in person. I do not want it mailed for security reasons. If indeed a ***** check was sent 8-3 clearly by this date (8-8-22) it has been either delivered to wrong address or stolen.
