Very capable, experienced, and professional! Very reasonable prices for services. Technician was there early and had issue diagnosed in 10 minutes. I would definitely recommend them for any service!Review from Corey

DO NOT use this service. Incredibly unprofessional and unethical. First, their technician insisted I needed a whole new furnace, when really all it needed was servicing. Second, I was not informed about their charge to provide an estimate until after the estimate was done. Then when I called to ask about the charge, I was immediately cursed out, insulted, and hung up on. Called back and got the exact same intimidation tactics from the next person. Unethical & unprofessional all around, which seems in line with everyone else's reviews.Colorado Discount Heating & Cooling Response

We gave a courtesy call to you before sending your bill to collections. We have a signed invoice with you recognizing the fee. We have records of you calling in at least ten times and harassing our operators to try and get your bill removed. You are the unethical one in this business transaction, by giving us your signature and agreement to pay and then going behind our back disputing the charge.Customer Response

That is completely false. I called to ask about paying, and your staff immediately started cursing me out and hung up on me. I called back to try to ask again about setting the charge, and again got cursed out. I'm not sure what you want from me.Review from Ray P

WARNING! Tone from the top. Brendon, the owner is not responsive and has a "I don't care" attitude. I was in the process of getting quotes from 3 companies in May. When I accepted the quote online, I never head back. I called the "main office" which sounded like a woman that was driving, on the status of my acceptance of the bid, she didn't know anything about it. Finally, Brenden called, and just speaking to him is not comforting, at that should have been my first clue. The plan was he would have it installed prior to Memorial Day weekend. That did happen. When they finally went out, they were at the condo for a few hours and left. No word. I finally called the technician on the job and he said he would have Brenden call me as soon as we hung up. Of course, that did not happen. I had to call the next day. When I spoke to him, he said, the unit was on the top of a 3 story building and the air handler was too big for the space. He was blaming me that they had to order a new air handler because they ordered the wrong one and he thought it was heat strips and not a heat pump. He said, "I didn't know the unit was on top of a 3 story building." Now, shocked I was being blamed, I told him, how is this my fault? You guys went out to give an estimate and why didn't they notice it was on a 3 story building and measure the air handler? I could hear him ask a guy next to him, did you do the estimate? Brenden came back on the phone and said, "oh, the guy that did the estimate is not longer with the company." No apology, nothing. In fact, after I asked him, how was he going to fix this issue, he said, and I quote "well, if you don't want us to do the job, that fine, you can just pay for the crane." I said, I am not paying for a crane and I would not have gave you the business if I didn't want the new a/c installed. He was going to check with his supplier and let me know the status, but said it was coming from Oregon and it would take a week. Of course, not update from Brenden as promised for 5 days. I had to call him. He said, the install will be done the following Monday. Monday came and no call no show. I called, Brenden said, we can't get a crane today it will be Thursday. Unbelievable, I asked it's going to be 100 in Denver, do they have a portable a/c unit they can provide, he said, let me check and get back to you. Of course, that did not happen. Thursday came, no call. Finally around 2PM, they are calling for full payment or they will not install the unit. I said, per the contract, it has payment in full due after installation and that I would call the office and pay half as a deposit, because I think that is what we discussed a month ago. It's now Friday, no one will return my calls and my credit card was charged the full amount. I don't know if the job has been completed or not. I am in the process of disputing the charge. ******please read other reviews and make an appropriate decision for you and your family******Review from Gina M

Where do I start? WARNING: DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY, THERE ARE PLENTY OF OTHER OPTIONS, DO NOT USE THESE GUYS!!! If I could give negative stars I absolutely would (1) We have three giant holes in our drywall (2) They used a dull drill bit to drill the hole in the exterior of our home, the caulk had to be re-done (3) They left wire and sharp scrap metal in our grass, we have dogs, could have cut their feet to shreds (4) Their technician installing the furnace took a personal call for 75 minutes the first day (5) Because of this personal call, he had electrical wires laying on the exhaust pipe which burnt the wires so bad they had to be spliced and re-done. They said this "wasn't a big deal", undermining the huge electrical fire risk they created (6) The furnace AND AC didn't work, they came to our house NINE times with SIX different technicians. I have a full time job and so does my husband, imagine the time I had to take away from work... (7) Our AC unit is not facing the right direction in our backyard, the logo faces the wrong direction making all of the wiring even more unsightly (8) Our AC unit does not pass code, it needs to be 12" from the house and it is not (9) They told me on multiple occasions I had the wrong appointment time - NO, they did and covered it up - they knew me on a first name basis I had to call so many times (10) The electrician did not bring back extra breaker slots like he promised (11) They sprayed freon onto our home, staining it and ruining some new landscaping we just put in. In summary, this was one of the worst experiences of my life - we saved for a while to make this upgrade and instead of it being exciting, it was a NIGHTMARE. Again, don't use Colorado Discount Heating & Cooling. We are spoiled for choices so pick a different company. When we brought all of these issues to Brendan, the owner, he was dismissive, rude, ignored phone calls, and didn't address anything. He said he is "having a bad time right now" (because the owners are fighting and split ways, or that's what Sal told us, and they are struggling due to covid) and I am sensitive to anyone's problems, absolutely, but we have our own too. That does not excuse horrible service for a job paid in full.
