I purchased a **** rifle chassis #SH.CHS001.09 on 05/27/22 from their web site Centerfirearms.com I received the chassis several days later but did not receive the ******* box bottom metal as listed in their add on the description paragraph, last line. I emailed (they don't answer phones) them and ask were it was. I received an email stating the description said it was only "compatible" and not included. I sent another email reminding them that their statement says the "stock" is compatible with those magazines and barrel sizes. The ************************ box magazine bottom metal is a separate piece from another manufacturer that completes this chassis. I have not received an answer to that last email for several days. Screen Print from web site included in upload. Note, their web site still advertises this model chassis as including the bottom metal with the purchase of the chassis. Typical pricing to buy the ************************ bottom alone is about $200.00.Initial Complaint

I bought a Arm Brace for a HK SP5 for which I Paid over $200. The order was immediately accepted and promptly Changed my Credit Card. I waited for a Receipt and tracking number. NONE ever arrived!!! I tried to login to my account (which was created when I made my order) but it stated that I never completed the opening of a account process because I did Not confirm my email address by clicking link on email they sent (Never Received Email with Link). I clicked on Resend Confirmation Email dozens of times over the next few days and Never received the email. I opened Dozens of *********** Tickets to report what had happened over the 4 to 5 days of Not Getting a Response!! I have left Several Voicemail explaining everything and sent Many, Many Emails and have Never Received Any Response.Business response

Customer ordered on May 12, ************ PM. He then sent us over 60 emails about his order, we did reply to 2 of them. We do not charge until we ship, his order shipped on May 17, 2021 4:47:46 PM via FedEx 787263116610 at which time he was charged for this order. We notify customers via email during the ordering and shipping process, I apologize if he did not receive our emails, but I can confirm they were sent. Perhaps they went into his Spam/Junk folder or his email provider (pacbel.net) blocked our emails for some reason.Customer response

I am rejecting this response because: THEY NEVER SENT ANY EMAIL RESPONDING TO MY COMPLIANT.. Please have them attach "said" email to this compliant for Proof! I check my Junk/Spam Folder 3 to 4 times a day and empty it, so I Know that I Never received any Reponce from CenterFireGuns... LAIRS!! The good thing is I received my money back from the CC, but Wasted my time with this Company - CenterFireGuns

We have no further comment. We believe there will be no pleasing this customer no matter what we say or what emails or other proof we provide. He did receive the product.
