I have had many services over the years and hands down the best place in ******. The technicians are super friendly (and funny) and know their art. If I ever have had a concern or issue they have been super helpful in resolving it. Prices are more than fair. Cant say enough good things about RMLC.

Absolutely the worst experience ive ever had with a business. (Not the college side, the clinic)I have been a consistent good client for a longtime. I had 4 appointments at a TIME scheduled with them, meaning I was coming in multiple times a month for 4 different services they offer. Very good business to them.Early to appointments, automatic rebook, etc. Mid winter we had a bad blizzard on the day of one of my appointments, i called in the morning to reschedule, twice. No answer, just went to voicemail, i left a message saying my full first and last name, my appointment time/date and to CANCEL it due to being snowed in my own driveway. I later called to get a new date booked because I never heard back from them. They said they marked me down as a No call No show!!!Not fair at ALL. I had FOUR appointments booked at a time,I come in another time for my schedule appointments on time, and they tell me to leave the property like a **** criminal!!They said I had too many No shows from me and are banning me from future services. From one i called in for and left two messages to reschedule when THEY WOULDNT ANSWER THE ****** And the other time I had been 15 minutes late to an appointment so they went ahead and marked me as a No Show, even though I called ahead of time whilst driving, and we even got the service done and everything. Really awful they never let me know they were banning me from services for two very minor hiccups and with a very longterm very high paying customer thats only supported them. I came in with FOUR appointments booked in my personal calendar for them and I, i came in on pain killers, and smothered in numbing cream of 2 hours, i took off work, as i do a lot of these appointments, and had a ride scheduled here (since i need drugs to ease the laser pain)For them to turn me away, i cried my eyes out in their lobby waiting for my ride to come back and they mocked me and laughed. Ive never been so humiliated and upset. Ill never forget.
