******************************* has cancelled service because of a breach of contract with this company. The breach of services are listed below. We have tried to contact the company numerous times by email and phone calls. We have not received any return calls or emails. They charged us for 2 months of service even after we sent a written cancellation. We continue to receive a **** months later. This is the worst customer service I have seen in a company. From the actual service to management and the collections department. On July 30th, 2021, a technician from Nexustek came into our office located in ******, **. They were here to move another company in the building to a new site. They moved the server for the other company while also removing our extra monitor, keyboard and rack system that were clearly marked with our company name. This has been set up at another companys office and will not be returned to our office. The technician also left our server sitting on the floor and left us without ************** We were left to get ourselves set back up. This is very unprofessional considering we are also serviced by and paying for their companies services. We were charged almost $1500.00 for that type of service. On June 24/25, 2021, requests were put in to have a desktop added back on to the server and have it set up for a new user. This was put in as an urgent request and 8 days later is when we finally were able to have the person that we hired use the desktop computer. This is against the service contract that we signed with the company. Service is supposed to happen within 1 to 2 business days per contract. 3. Following this set up our company spent over a week of time calling in and sending emails to have the recently added desktop perform correctly and have all the added software and applications added. The technician that showed up on property did not handle all the requests that were asked for. 4. At the time of original set up of our company, we had them separate our company from the main server in the building. This was quoted to be on a go-live timeline of 3 weeks. Per the contract we have in our file. This took approximately 8 weeks and an additional 2 weeks for a home computer to be finalized. The items listed above are why we are leaving this review. ******************************* is unable to contact this company to discuss the invoice that continues to be sent to us, messages have been left with collections and not returned. The entire contract has been breached from the beginning of service with the list of issues above.
