I am posting this here because Baessler is somehow able to delete ****** reviews. Although I am happy to own a home and Baessler employees are nice as other reviews have mentioned, there were/are many things I’ve had/will have to deal with that I don’t feel I should because Baessler Homes produces a quickly thrown together product. They seem to lack quality control and I’m not sure how much the construction management team actually manages the contractors throughout the build. I’ve had a few issues that the 1 year warranty has covered. Examples of this have been: inches deep water pooling in the corners of my garage after rain or snow (this was only fixed after months of follow up and insisting it be fixed), front landscaping that completely sunk in after a big rain because they didn’t compact the dirt under the sidewalks of front yard areas, and them having to rip up the whole back driveway because they didn’t connect the sewer lines. I feel I lucked out as neighbors had much, much more serious issues! There are also many things that I haven’t been able to get them to fix, the most concerning being the HVAC. When the weather is above around 75, my upstairs is regularly 8-10 degrees warmer than my downstairs (even with buying heavy curtains, closing off registers, and buying vent register booster fans for upstairs). It’s miserable in the summer when I have to make my downstairs temperature 65 degrees to have a somewhat comfortable temperature upstairs to sleep. I worry if my AC unit can keep up with trying to accommodate for the poor design. If you do choose to buy with Baessler, make sure you have the time and energy to commit to holding them accountable for “warrantable” items and dealing with their warranty contractors who try to gaslight you. Also, understand that this list of items will likely be longer than it should be. Non warrantable items, which should have been done correctly, will be up to you to live with or fix yourself.Review from Rhonda F

The worst quality! Even after several repairs up until the final day within the warranty time. Our ceiling is coming apart, concrete is sagging, we were given incorrect info regarding the fence laws In Colorado. They are a SHAM! You can’t speak to anybody of authority all you get is the run around! Save your money and remember looks can be abs ARE deceiving!Review from Brad K

Great sales team. Got the house in Feb 2022. I have had so many issues and the warranty team does such a bad job that each repair lowered the quality of my home build. They poured the cement in lower then recommended temp and now my driveway is super cracked. Sure the driveway will last the warranty period, but as soon as water freezes in the cracks next year the driveway will be a mess. My sidewalks were replaced due to rain damage and bad grading. They put back wavy sidewalks and had the guts to say it’s supposed to be that way. I wish I never bought from Baessler as the process after purchase is crap. The workmanship is bad, and the amount of repairs needed is unacceptable.Review from Sandra E

My daughter used them. They do not stick to their timeline at all. They were suppose to be completed June 2021 and now not until February 2022. She is due in 8 weeks and has no house. They said they are keeping to their agreement because it was "estimated" . This is not right and they should make this good ASAP. Please do not get stuck like my daughter did and now she has to find a house to rent until then. They are not willing to help her out. Shame on them. They tried to say it is "no fun". 8 month delay is not acceptable. This is only over cabinets. They even took down the negative reviews on ** to hide their issues. This should show that they should not be trusted.Review from Irritated customer

Terrible warranty program. They did an excellent job building our house with one problem the drywallers punctured the water line with a screw which caused a leak. Unfortunately, the leak wasn't really noticeable until 2 months after we moved in. It wasn't discovered until we noticed water seeping up from underneath our kitchen floor. When we showed the builders warranty representative the water on the floor he and the plumber assumed it was from the dishwasher and we were instructed to schedule repair with the manufacture of the dishwasher. We immediately stopped using the dishwasher but the water continued to leak. We explained this to warranty representative and we were told the plumber would be out the next day. We personally took a day off from work to wait for the plumber to show. After waiting all day, he never showed and when we called him the plumber said that he had already gone home for the day and wouldn't be back out until Monday. By this point we not only had water under the floor and on top as well but we had mold spreading up the wall from where the leak originated from. Both the warranty representative and the plumber were aware of this but acted as if it was no big deal. I am sorry but a health hazard is a real problem. It has been 3 months since the leak was discovered and we our still waiting for everything that was damaged to be replaced. This is the only problem with the warranty representative he treats us and all of our neighbors as if we're all stupid and our problems are no big deal. He ignores us and replies on his time and expects us to not have lives, acting as those we can just take time off whenever it's convenient for the warranty representative and the sub-contractors. Many of us in the neighborhood either work in construction or for police department all a crossed the state of Colorado. Some even travel to other states for work. They also don't keep to the agreed upon date and time for various warranty issues. They explained to us upon moving in that it didn't matter what it was they would come take care of it during the first year. We supposedly signed a document that stated they could only come between certain hours on certain days of the week but we have never seen this document or received a copy when we requested one. We were told we could access this supposed document online but we haven't even received access to the website. We are just appalled by the builder's warranty program. Why should we have to bend over backwards when we're spending all this money on a home.
