Joined Orange theory in may 2022. Didn't go one time, went into the store to cancel, had no problem. The person working canceled my membership and turned the remaining money into a 10 use punch card. Orange theory continue to charge me, so I went to the store and showed them the error, they refunded the money that week. 4 month later noticed I was still being charged, went into the store again the week of the 5th of this December, lady said she couldn't refund cause of new management, new manager would call me this week. She called yesterday and refuses to refund the total amount from the last four months, says I have to give the full name of the person who did the transaction. I said she can check the time cards of the people working the counter the day it became a punch card system, she only gave me a runaround, kept saying she would try to find a resolution, I said only resolution is all my money back. I was extremely insulted by the end on the conversation, and pissed off !
