I thought I was spending $39.99 on keto prime diet pills and as soon as I completed my order my banks anti fraud department called me and asked if I authorized a suspicious transaction of $198. Of course I said no. Now I am very concerned that this company will continue to take money from my bank account as many previous victims have reported.Initial Complaint

In late spring, after seeing so many online testimonials concerning the Keto pills, supposedly, endorsed by the Shark Tank (this, it turns out was totally fraudulent), I decided to try a (1) bottle. The question was asked if I wanted to purchase the cleanseI was careful to click on the No Thanksthe result which was to add it to my order. Because I had already placed my original order, I decided to let it go through. When the bottles arrived, I chose to not open them because I had decided to check with my kidney doctor, before which time I received 2 more bottles in late July. I was told that I could not take them without causing kidney damage. Today I called the number on the bottle and was told it was a 3rd party center. She would cancel my account (I never set up an acct). She told me that the ones I had were not returnable (unopened). She, also, said that she couldnt give me the companies number. They are in ******** or Golden, ** w/ distribution in *********, **.Initial Complaint

I signed up for a free trial and got my first package. Then I never heard from the company again and got charged twice. I have included the two charges on my card. I would like a full refund. This company isn't legit. They are scanners. I'm a 70 year old woman on social security and need my money for my bills. Please help.Business response
