    If it was possible to give this one zero stars, I would. The process started out well, everyone was friendly and very helpful. This was a pre-arranged cremation that was already paid for. Starts to go downhill when our loved one was still waiting after 30 days to be cremated. Which, I believe, by law, a person has to be buried, unturned or retrieved by the 30 day ***** Didnt happen. Then we get the death certificate, and there are no less than eight errors to which the Funeral Home was supposed to fix. It is now almost 9 months later, and I have contacted vital statistics to fix the errors. The funeral home never contacted vital statistics to correct the errors. After our loved one was finally cremated and we received the ashes, it was discovered the mini urns that were to be filled were not with the cremains. Six weeks later, with reassurance that it is still our loved ones ashes, we finally get the mini urns. We were reassured that there is a small amount of ashes kept back. I dont know. I am still waiting for information on a refund check. Every time I call, they only transfer me to the funeral Director that handled the cremation, who rarely has time to talk to me or return my call. When I catch the funeral director, then I get told that its a different department and they will have to check with accounting, After five months, multiple phone calls, I am still waiting for an answer on this final piece. The rest I took matters into my own hands and had to take care of. This was a prearranged, pre-paid cremation shouldve been straightforward, none of this has been straightforward.
