5 starsYour service brought us peace of mind in our enjoyment, safety and budget. We are so grateful. We are very pleased with the communication and transparency during the process. I appreciated that the staff could answer even small questions about items to bring, for example. The information you provide made us very prepared for our trip. It's easy to plan with your website, and it felt very flexible. We looked at rates on our own and felt that you offered a deal we couldn't top! We appreciated that you coordinated trusted drivers and could make other recommendations. You went above and beyond when my husband had food poisoning the day of the boat tour. I thought we were just going to miss out on it. You got right back to us and rescheduled the tour without us lifting a finger. I appreciate that so, so much. That made a world of difference during a difficult time. I would recommend Pacific Trade Winds to anyone.Review fromJulie M

5 starsWe are well travelled and dont usually use a tour agency, but traveling internationally for the first time with our toddler and my mom we decided to work with Pacific Trade Winds and cant say enough great things about them!! We told them what we were looking for and they made it happen! They listened to our desires (family friendly hotel, pack in play in room, safe locations, not too touristy, etc) and they found the perfect places! They were also readily available with advice and to answer questions when we were in county. Very friendly, professional, and communicative team! We cant say enough great things about Pacific Tradewinds!!!!!

5 starsThis was our first trip to Costa Rica and our first time to use Pacific Trade Winds. I cannot say enough good things about them. From our first conversation they were knowledgeable, they were helpful and very kind and quickly responsive to questions. Even when I had to change the dates of the vacation due to an unplanned surgery it was so easy. Once we entered the country we never had another concern because every single driver was there when they said they would be. All our tours were amazing and because Pacific Trade Winds handled all of the details all we had to do was have a a wonderful time. We met wonderful people and saw a beautiful country that I cant wait to visit again. Thank you Pacific Trade Winds for a vacation we will never forget !Costa Rica Guide, Pacific Trade Winds

5 stars*** made our first trip to Costa Rica unforgettable. We would definitely use them again to plan a return trip. We enjoyed visiting different locations across the country on our 3-week plus trip. Everything was seamless from start to finish. 5 starsIt was our first trip to Costa Rica and we used PTW, they did not disappoint! Every detail was well organized. All the tours were fantastic. The hotels were fabulous. They listened and created the perfect family vacation. We just got back and are starting to plan the next vacation with them. Professional, knowledgeable, communicative, and so organized. 5 starsCan not recommend PTW enough. They were so patient and supportive in helping as plan the perfect vacation. Communication was always excellent. The vacation and services we received really exceeded our expectations. The drivers and guides went above and beyond to accommodate our needs and share about their way of life.
