Today on April 19th ***** came out and he was great! He took care of an issue that should have been taken care of 3 days ago by the other Allen technician. He also pointed out there is water in my pan below my hot water heater which the other technician did not tell me about.***** said hed make sure the person on call would either talk to me over this weekend or on Monday.Caleb is very pleasant and thorough.Review from Janet L

***** was knowledgeable and professional. He was very respectful of our property and our situation, finding ourselves in our eighties and not able to take care of things like we once could. The service provided by Allen Service, LLC is wonderful for folks as we age in our homes, and gives us peace of mind.

I got an entire HVAC system & hot water heater with Allen Service, and Im so glad I did. Install technicians were great. Clear explanation of everything. Nice warranty package. ***** was very knowledgeable and did an excellent complete inspection of our HVAC and Mini Splits. Photos were taken and written reports with Estimates of items needed to be done which could be done by homeowner if opted to. This was Allen Services $27 initial inspection. Was not disappointed. Had Allen Services for 17 yrs with our home in ******************* and when moved they did not come to our new address. Accidentally found the Service Van in our neighborhood and did not hesitate to leave our current HVAC (was not satisfied with) and return to their service after 7+ yrs. For future service am able to ask for ***** again.
