This company was chosen for us by our service line warranty company. On April 18th 2021, our sewer was backing up and leaking raw sewage into our basement. This company came out on the 19th to evaluate, clean out the sewer. They submitted a claim to our warranty company and on April 20th a $7,500 repair was authorized for excavating the portion of collapsed pipe and replacing it as well as adding a liner and cleanouts. The crew was scheduled to come back April 23rd to work on the sewer and never showed up. We had multiple appointments with this company where either my husband or I took off work to be home and they never showed up. Finally, April 29th, they refilled the hole and added a liner from the cleanout to the street. They submitted another claim to our warranty company for additional funds for another liner from the house to the cleanout which was approved. The company received a check for $10k from the warranty company but has not been back to finish the job despite us calling.Business response

John, the job supervisor, has been in continuous contact with Mr. ****, during the entire duration of this job, including before, during and after Mrs. ****s complaint. There was a bit of confusion as to the filing of a complaint with your office? We did complete this job for the ****s last week, John expressed Mr. ****s satisfaction, I personally will be reaching out to the ****s to guarantee.
Please advise to our next course of action, as I would like to keep our good rating.

I have reviewed the response made by the business, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me. The job was completed two weeks following the complaint and we are glad they were willing to finally complete the work after months of waiting and no shows to appointments.
