      I purchased flower and it is completely covered in chemicals and causes heartburn, hurts my lungs, and makes me sick. I would like see this investigated after I was ripped off. I can supply a sample of the chemical covered flower if needed.

      I would like a refund of my money. That is not all I want I am not the only one getting ripped off and poisoned. I would like chemical analysis of what they are selling and some type of regulations put in place to protect the health of everyone. It is ridiculous that these businesses have no regulations on the product and can sell whatever manipulated chemistry experiment they want. I am willing to provide samples to be tested. Or go get some Cake mix flower off the shelf and test it yourself I bet you would be surprised at what you find.

      Good morning,
      Thank you for reaching out concerning this complaint.  Unfortunately, we did not receive the first mail notice or the email regarding this complaint, so I am just now starting the response to this complaint at the direction of the second notice we received over the weekend.  To update you on this complaint, we pulled both products from this customers purchase off our shelves at the direction of the Marijuana Enforcement Division and had them re-tested to dispute this customers complaint that there were chemicals all over it.  Both strains passed lab testing and I have attached those results to this response.  Additionally, we have not had any complaints regarding either of these strains that, at the time of the customers purchase, had been selling daily since 8/4/2023.  I will be formulating a response to his complaint this morning.

      First off, we are very sorry to learn that product purchased from our store could be associated with an adverse health effect on one of our customers.  As a regulated marijuana business licensed by the State of Colorado, we are upheld to strict standards and testing requirements before any of our product hits the shelves for consumer use.  As well, when we purchase wholesale products to sell, we ensure what we are buying has passed all lab testing and is safe to put on our shelves.   I can assure you both strains purchased on the day of this complaint passed all testing requirements.  However, we went ahead and pulled both strains from this complaint off the shelf and had them sent out to be re-tested.  They have both passed lab testing again.  I can assure you they are not and never were covered in chemicals.  We work diligently to ensure the products we are selling to the public are safe for consumer use and live up to the standards set forth by the state of Colorado.  Please know that we will gladly compensate you the amount you spent with us on those strains as an extension of good faith, and again we are very sorry that you had this experience shopping with us.
