I purchased a ski pass on December 7, 2023. The ***** website indicates **** delivery. As of January 3, ****, I have yet to receive the pass. I verified my address via email on 12/8/23. I have since emailed ***** 4 times regarding this pass without response. I have included my name, email, phone number and concern.Customer response

I am able to withdraw this complaint as Colorado Cross Country Ski Association responded and provided me with a refund. Thank youBusiness response

Response with details is attached. We apologize for the problem in delivering the pass but we rely on the postal system and sometimes they fail us or we get an address that is not deliverable.Business response

We spoke earlier today. I have compiled all the communication we received and reciprocated with. It would be appreciated if you could rescind your complaint with the BBB. We did do our best to communicate with you and provide a refund in a timely manner.
You ordered your punch pass on Dec 7, and it was mailed out to the address provided on Dec 8. *******************************************************************
Dec 30th was when we were first notified of your issue, which was a Saturday. You sent two emails this dayone at 4:49 pm and one at 5:03 pm. You then emailed on Jan 1st, New Year's Day, which was a Holiday. We responded on the first office day back, January 2nd, asking if you wanted a replacement or a refund. A refund was issued on January 4th after receiving an email on January 3rd at 5:56 pm.
You then sent another email on 1/9. This email did include your phone number, so at this time, I called two different days and left two different messages asking for you to please call me back to confirm you have received my message. I never had a response back from you.
I did call you today, Jan 26, and was able to reach you successfully. I told you I would get you this information and call back with a link to the documentation. You said it sounded like all had been resolved, and you were happy. I did just try to call you again to follow up with the link over the phone and tell you I have sent this email from 2 different email addresses. You did not answer, so I left a message.
