      I was dealing with a family obligations for about a week and a half, while I the most of that, I called and texted all my managers even the ** & without even a warning or anything the assignment ** ************************* just took me out the whole system as well no one ever told me I was fired just took me off of everything and cant work, I have not gotten paid or anything and most people say she has a power trip so I guess they are right and this is just not okay I have a family plus Im a great worker so I dont understand why someone would fire me or just take me out the whole system when they know Im dealing with a very personal family obligation someone please help me and do whats right because this isnt okay in anyway.

      On 3-11-24. My sister and I went into Red Robin in ****** **. Our server was *****. We both ordered cocktails. I sent mine back and ordered another one. I did not like the first one. An hour went by and my drink was still not there. The kitchen messed up my food. And they where fixing it. I was eating fries for the table. With no drink. The waiter had not asked to bring me another drink while I wait. We are going on over an hour now. No drink no main course. We are asking g him what the hold up is and he is passing us by in a hurry with no explanation. And shrugging us off. With no care. We put money on the table for her drink and walk out. Going on an hour and a half.

      There was a submitted complaint to corporate office about a poor customer service experience, we had a request:Refund of $40 and a Customer SATISFACTION of ****** HAS BEEN TIME AND THERE'S NO FOLLOW-UP AFTER THERE WAS A SENT EMAIL BY US TO BE CONTACTED BY EMAIL!!! WE SENT EMAIL/REPLY TO THE CUSTOMER SERVICE EMAIL ADDRESS ABOUT THIS COMPLAINT.BUT THERE'S NO ACTION TAKEN AFTER THE FIRST CUSTOMER SERVICE EMAIL ALMOST TWO MONTHS AGO!WHAT A POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!NEGLIGENCE OF CUSTOMERS!!!REQUEST:A REFUND OF $40 AND A CUSTOMER SATISFACTION OF $100 FOR NEGLIGENCE AND FORGETTING CUSTOMERS COMPLAINT AND FEEDBACK AND A LONG WAITING REQUEST.

      I had went to the redrobins at ********** the manger working there had told me that my order was switch to another location way outside of my area. The manager said they did this because they didn't have the materials to complete my order I tried making another order and the manager said no

      On 12/1/2023 I ordered from red robin. Unfortunately our order was 45 minutes late, waiting in curbside, their employees were rude. Our food was wrong and cold, milkshakes half empty almost like someone drank them. It was truly the worst experience I have EVER had at a restaurant in my lifetime. Contacted red robin on 12/1 to make this right. Was not conracrdd for weeks. Contacted and told they would send gift cards, never did. Contacted again to let them know I never received them MULTIPLE TIMES. Finally responded weeks later again to ask if I got the . NO that is why I emailed. Was told it was supposed to be two $50 dollar gift cards sent by email to equal $100. Didn't get either. Asked to have them resent on 1/5/2024 and they decided to stop responding was best. I have contacted 8 times in the 61 days. They have responded 3 times total and refused to send me what was promised. I'd like the 2 $50 gift cards and something else to make up for the continue ignoring and rudeness of your company. It is disgusting how you treat customers. If not resolved by 90 days news, social media, and every review possible will know because other customers deserve to see this. Screenshots of all emails are available. 61 days with no resolution and promised things should NOT feel okay for a business to operate like. Justjn Prekeges is the last one I heard from and he is rude and stopped caring about his career I guess.

      I Placed an order on the Red ****** website, way back on Dec 7th. It has been 19 Days later, and no Food to speak of. After several text messages were Ignored, by the delivery agent, who said it was 'Completed', I did not get any response. So, I called the Red ****** restaurant. The representative said that he would look into it promptly and give me a Call back right away. None of that ever happened. No Promised phone call. So, I called doordash, and they Acknowledged that No Food was ever delivered. They promised me a Refund within "2 to 3 days" would Show-up, on my credit card. That never happened. Since then, Both red ******, And doordash have been both pointing the finger at each other. Both say the Other is to blame. After complaining several more times, I got a Call from a Nice woman at the local Red ******, who said that she 'would LIKE to help' but 'her hands are tied" and would i please attempt one last time to call the Doordash number, listed on the receipt to get resolution. Well, phone calls & Voicemails to the **************** Aren't even being responded to, at all now. I sent emails, as well, and, over two weeks after acknowledging that he never delivered the order, now he is not Responding to the emails, either. It was placed on the Red ****** Website. THEY took my money. I don't know, WHO is to blame, but WHAT Kind of company Takes your money, then, refuses to give a Refund when they don't give you the product? What kind of company PROMISES a Callback, then Nothing? Their reputation is on the Line, and they don't even seem to Care, in the slightest that their Customers' did not get their Order.I have had to Jump-through All-kinds-of- hoops... with the credit card company, with filing complaints... No help, whatsoever, from Red ******. Why have a website, if you Can't honor the It? It does not make any Sense! And, if they're incapable of Resolution, they Shouldn't operate the website. I don't care who's 'Fault' it is, I just want my Food.

      I am rejecting this response because:

      I have been getting the ************-AROUND from this Company! After the Vendor ACKNOWLEDGED that the Order was never Delivered, AND PROMISED A PROMPT full refund "Within two to three Days" It has now been three or four weeks. No Refund from Vendor was EVER Made! So, Basically We got Lied To! This does not Look good on Red Robin. You treat your "valued" Customers this way. My Wife and I have been going to Red Robin for YEARS, and This is how you reward me. I would say, Unsatisfactory, to say the VERY Least! I called the Restaurant and '******' - who CLAIMED to be a Manager-- never returned the promised call whatsoever. I called a Second time, and spoke with him & he was high or something and LAUGHING AT me!! Said he would 'make it right' or something to that effect, and that was the Last I heard from him. Not Cool

      Red Robin made me Cut up all my credit cards - Right before Christmas. Super-not Cool! When I disputed it with my credit card, to add insult to Injury, red robin Actually wrote-back DISPUTING the claim!!! This is Tragic that they would want to steal nearly $100, from lifelong Patrons. How sickening, right? So, I have no credit cards to order presents with for Family that came from out of state. red robin seems to think this whole Ordeal that they put me and my Family through is 'Funny'! At least according to that Pot smoking manager who never returns Promised phone calls. Much worse... they uploaded something from that Dishonest Vendor I'm told with a 'tracking number.'  To dispute the claim. That leaves us with Only two possibilities here: Either the Vendor came and delivered it to a Different apartment in my Complex - and I never got my food, -Or- something Much more Sinister....they go Out-of-their-way to Fraud people, deliberately just to Cheat them out of a Meal. I don't know WHICH IS WORSE!? But, so far red robin is Continually insulting their Patrons. They are Continuing to try to steal-- the money which I deposited. They are showing no desire to make good, even after I was promised a "Full Refund" by the Vendor- Who even knew the Last four of my Credit Card! Now, I have to Cancel all of my Credit Cards, once again, because of a unscrupulous Vendor! Not Cool, red robin! You are putting your Customers through So much Heartache on Christmas. An employee said, "We Hope u will give us another chance." Meanwhile, Absolutely no Resolution on the Order. No Food, No Money. No Apologies, from the Vendor. I don't even Know who has Kept my money... all I know is that red robin gives u a MASSIVE Runaround, and that I ordered directly-from red robin's website. This is the WOrst christmas I have Ever Experienced So, That is where we are at with it. Would U ever recommend this *** to anyone you Love & Care about?  Be honest.

      I even Offered to show my Full RING VIDEO to the *** that Shows - in No uncertain Terms - that no delivery agent-- or Anyone else, even came to my Door. It's Right there. Undeniable proof that they never came to this house. In return, they just Disputed it, with my ******************** who had to send me all new Cards but now I can't use any of them due to Unscrupulous people red robin employs. Did they ever come and Check my Full 100% Ring Video... no! They just filed a rebuttal and said "Case Closed!" S**** our Vital customer and his Family on Christmas, THAT'LL teach him, For ordering on Our website!'

      Taking no Ownership. Constant Runaround. Lying saying that they WOULD give me a Refund. ....And, this is how they Treat their "most valued" Customers, I'd hate to see how they treat all of the others. Kinda givin' Up hope, that red robin will EVER 'do the Right thing' on an Order, placed on their website. Merry Christmas, to whoever is reading this.  )-:

      I keep getting this CONTINUING runaround. Until now, I have neither gotten my money -OR- my food. Both red robin AND ******** both said I would be getting my money back, then they Each said that the other is to blame and they're not going to help me. I need some Resolution.

      Daughter - ************************* Workers comp injury 5/19/23 Unpaid medical expenses being turned over to Collections. I have been in contact with multiple departments and people to resolve these medical bills. My latest contact was on 10/13/23 with ************************* who assured me everything was being taken care of, but we received notice of collections today. Email attachment of communication attached along with medical bills and EOBs. Non response from the company and no contact information (outside of email address) provided.

      Myself, my wife, and my son all had dinner at the Red Robin *************, ************** ** location. Initially everything was ok. The waitress ****** seemed fine. Food although undercooked for our order and a bit greasy was ok. However, immediately afterward all of us were feeling very sick. -all three have nausea and my wife and I both had intestinal issues. These issues developed immediately in the car on the way home. The food seemed off based on the greasiness. However for all three of us to have issues there had to be something wrong. I am assuming food poisoning or contamination. We all get immediately nauseous if you mention the ********** requesting a refund. Not of the tip- the waitress was fine.

      We went out to dinner at The Neshaminy Red Robin today 7/29/23 we love Red Robin and, we go there a lot because my daughter loves the onion rings & the food is usually Awesome! My first serving of the bottomless fries sweet potato were hot & very tasty! My refill the fries were slightly warm & very salty which, I felt they were recycled due too they were not hit & alot of salt on them. I told the waiter and he said sorry and he never replaced them! Second my daughter didn't really touch her fries because, she said they didn't taste right like they weren't fully cooked and she didn't want to ask for different ones because she said you should never complain but I beg the differ.Thank you for your time

      I am deeply disturbed by what has been happening to one of my favorite restaurants over the past decade. It has gotten to a point that I can no longer visit. I guess I would like to know who is responsible for the downfall of the Red Robin restaurant chain. Firstly, every time I visit, the food is ALWAYS served lukewarm or cold and not hot. During my last visit, I drove all the way from ************ to **********, ** to enjoy their outdoor space because it was such a nice day, but when I arrived the manager said they didn't open it. It is a beautiful space and location, but it was closed because of some drizzle earlier in the day, but nothing was wet outside, so it didn't make sense. Between the cold food, change of menu (removing key items) and closure of ***************** and eating in an icebox (AC blasting to the **** last time, I'm done, but I would like to be heard.

      I contacted the person in the response letter by phone and text and received no return communication. The original request in my initial complaint was not honored. I requested for the company to identify the ** of Operations for Red Robin corporate office, etc. Very sad this business is destroying its own reputation.
