      I bought 3 bottles of Silencil from BuyGoods knowing they had a 60-day money back guarantee. The purchase was made on Dec 12, 2022. I wasn't getting any relief (I was actually getting headaches from the product), so I emailed per the instructions to ******************************** on January 24, 2023. I got an automated reply the same day saying my request was received. I also got an email the next day trying to make me wait longer, or giving me further discounts, but I replied the same day saying I didn't want anything else, I just wanted the refund. I didn't hear back from that response by March 19 so I emailed again that I would like the refund. I finally got a response with an address to send the unopened bottle and to send a response with a tracking number. I promptly did that and emailed back the tracking number as instructed on March 22. I received confirmation that the bottle was delivered and received by the company on March 24. I didn't receive the refund or further communication from the company, so I emailed on April 12th asking if they received the bottle and asked again for my refund. This email bounced back as failed to send. I tried again on April 19th, same failure message. As a last resort, I emailed BuyGoods directly on May 4th and they just gave me the same email address and said they can't help me.

      Today I am returning the 4 unopened and unused bottles of Silencil. I want the amount of the 4 bottles refunded to my credit card. I am dissatisfied because of all the controversy around this product. It has been posted that Silencil is a scam. And I prefer not to take any chances with it so I will be sending it back and I am registering my complaint with the BBB incase I have problems getting a refund.

      I ordered Silencil on March 23, 2022. the website says I may return the product within 60 days for a 100% refund. Within a week, I knew the product was no good and I tried to return it. I contacted Silencil by email four times and by letter and cannot reach them and have received no refund. The Silencil product was returned to them with Return Receipt Requested. Silencil's phone # says that "because of Covid the phone number is no longer available". This is a bogus product and I feel it is a bogus company. They do not respond to emails and the phone number is out of service. Can you please help me get my refund of $78.95?Thank you. *************************** - ************************************************************************************ Thank you very much.

      I ordered three bottles of there supplement that was suppose to stop the tinnitus in my ears. If it did not work there was a 60 days guarantee. I tried the first bottle and it made absolutely no difference and in fact I think it might have got worse. I ordered the the supplements on September 29th and received on October 12th in my mailbox. I returned the 2 bottles left over on November 25th by Canada Post and have tracking receipt to prove. I paid $192.95 US for my order. I have emailed several times to their [email protected] with no response. I would like my money back as promised in their ad on line. I tried to call the number on my packing slip but the office is closed due to covid it says... **** ***** ***** *** ********  Payment Terms: 177.00 + $15.95 Shipping & Handling + $0 Taxes Payment Method: PayPal Order Date: September 29, 2021 ********** ****** ******************* ********** ****** **********

      Thanks for refunded my purchased amount.

      I did email to the email provided on site, called, and sent back 2 bottles of product unopened with a letter.

      I kept all for proof.

      I was really hoping this product would have helped.
