      SUBJECT: On 10/21/22 I purchased a Lifestyle Rhythm Portable Oxygen Concentrator ********************** for $2,995.00. (Invoice available if necessary) The unit worked great but was quite heavy. ***** exchanged the Rhythm Concentrator for a ****O-LITE. The ****O-LITE was working until 9 January 2023 (not even 2 months after my purchase) I was charging my unit in my bedroom on a small padded bench as I always do near my bed. The unit fell over and quit working. I was shocked. I called SPRYLIFE and the technician had me conduct a 'hard boot' technique. I did this a few times and the unit would still not work. It had tipped before when traveling in our vehicles in our seats but had never given a problem. I was certain that I was not the only person that this happened to.The technician informed me that the unit would need to be sent to ******* for repair. It would cost $90 shipping charge and a $65 diagnostic charge totaling $155. This was outrageous. I called ***** and informed her what had happened. She was very empathetic and offered me support.She informed me that the total cost could be ALOT more (up to $1,000) She wasnt able to quote a cost. It upset me. I PAID $500 FOR A LIFETIME WARRANTEE!! It states that: "The manual states THERE IS NOT ANYTHING WHICH ADDRESSES THE **** FALLING AND GETTING DAMAGED. SPRYLIFE SAYS THAT: "Any units that are returned due to customer-caused damage, the customer is responsible for all parts, labor and shipping charges.(PAGE 4) Your assistance, please.......Thanks I AM RECOVERING SINCE NOVEMBER 2021 FROM A REMOVAL OF MY UPPER LEFT LUNG DUE TO CANCER, HAVING 4 CHEMOTHERAPIES PLUS 12 IMMUNOTHERAPIES SO THAT I CAN BE TOTALLY CANCER-FREE!!!!! ***, from OxyMedical, informed me that the unit should still be under warrantee and there should not be any charges. I called GCE on Wed, 25 Jan 23 at **************, the factory who makes the units, I and did not receive a callback.

      Paid them $4600.00 upfront. Was told that as you stated was told ******** and United Health would reimburse me around $150 for 36 months. This was in January 2023. was misled lied to by a lady *** (have her last name if anyone wants. Told ** many times it was submitted to ********, then told the need more information. She is a total liar. has no clue about customer service. She told us she had handed it over to another department so was out of her control. Absolute nonsense. After totally loosing my cool and temper and threatening them. I found a supervisor **** who actually got back to me. She informed me that Careairways was getting reimbursed by ******** & United Health for the last 3 months. We were never contacted or told this. If i had not been as forceful then we would never get the money. This in my opinion is blatant theft and a scam. Now we are supposedly going to get the amount owing. I am waiting another 10 day to see if the check arrives. If not i will take whatever legal action is necessary to sort this out. Sprylyfe Inc sells Arya products are the company that is responsible for the rest. Someone needs to do something about this company. How many people are not getting reimbursed by ******** because Careairways is pocketing the money. Until i see the check I seriously do not think i will get my money back.Next issue my wife order a back pack for her Arya about 9 days ago. her card was charged immediately and she was told it was being shipped that or next day. June 14 she calls and speaks to *** again. She is told it was done but they we too busy to email here the tracking #.I then call as i have had enough and speak to a supervisor who says she will look into it.This morning i get an email from them with a tracking #. Ship date is 06/14/23, So the product was never shipped as promised. Good luck with anyone buying from this company. Please DO NOT
