We worked with Reflection Windows to create, order, and install a French door. They were easy to work with throughout the whole process. We recently had a new patio door installed in our home. The customer service from everyone before and after installation was great. The installer was prompt, informational, and did a great job at removing the old door and installing the new one. A very big Thank You to Reflection Windows and to Chase! How fortunate we were to have had him clean our windows. The next morning, when the sun poured in, was the real test. And he passed with flying colors! The windows are perfect, and our view of Union Station and the ************** has never been better! After receiving several quotes on windows, Reflection Windows was the best. Quality of the windows is great! We're very happy with them. The install went well. My only complaint was that the windows were left very dirty - hand prints, dirt, and caulk were all over them (hence the 4 stars instead of 5). The sales rep was very helpful and kind and was always available to answer emails. We will be replacing more windows through them.Review from GRETCHEN C

We originally talked to Reflections "pre-COVID" to get a quote on replacing all our windows including sliding glass door. All went rather smoothly with that visit...including the quote. Unfortunately we had to place things on hold. Now almost 15 months later they honored the original quote and replaced all our windows. We had no problems with installation (Dustin was awesome!) and our windows look amazing! We know this is a huge investment but it is so worth it. Definitely give them a call. The entire experience was a smooth one for us.
