On April 28, 2021, Better Business Bureau was alerted to an online business operating as Keto Advanced.net in Denver, Colorado 80239. Consumers allege ordering products from Keto Advanced.net, http://ketoadvanced.net/, with the understanding they will be charged $39.95. Consumers report when reviewing their credit card and bank statements they realize the business has charged them a significantly higher amount of money than what was advertised. Consumers further claim the business is unresponsive to their requests for assistance regarding refunds.
The Colorado Secretary of State reports Keto Advanced.net is not a licensed business in Colorado.
On May 6, 2021, BBB reached out to Keto Advanced.net regarding the consumer complaints, but to date has not received a response; mail sent to the business address was returned by the U.S. Postal Service as undeliverable.

I ordered the supplements in April and they did nothing. I was told they needed to be paired with the other supplement for the best results. I purchased those other supplements in June. When I still didnt get any results I wanted to use the 100% money back guarantee they advertise. That is a false statement as you are only going to get money back for the unopened bottles you return less a restocking fee. That is not a 100% money back guarantee. Since it was a large cost I thought anything back is better than nothing. I followed the specific instructions for each supplement package refund and paid for express shipping as there was a time limit on the return. The packages arrived back at the return centre in august and I still havent received any money or further explanation. The customer service people are useless and so is the finance team. They claim to have financial system issues and once its fixed I will get a refund. It has been months and Still nothing and no timeframe on the refund. I even asked for a cheque if credit card refund not available and they cant do that. I am now realizing they will not be giving me back my money as this seems to be a large scam. It is too late for me to dispute the charge from April but I am disputing the June charge with my credit card company as they have acknowledged they owe me a refund but have yet to do so. I would love for you to shut this down and get me my money back. But even the refund amounts would be appreciated. Thanks.Initial Complaint

SEPT.14,2021 I WAS ON ******** AND SAW AN AD ABOUT KETO ADVANCED ****. MY DAUGHTER FRIEND LOST OVER 30 POUND ON THIS DIET. THE ******** FLAG SIGN MADE ME SECURE, AND THOUGHT IT WAS CHARGEDIN CAN$. AS I LOOKED INTO IT I REALIZED IT WAS NOT A DIET BUT SUPPLEMENT PILLS. I CONTINUED READING AND THEN SAW BOTTLE WAS ***** BUT BUY 3 GET 2 FREE. THAT BRING DOWN THE ***** PER BOTTLE QUITE A BIT. SO I DECIDED TO GET THEM. I FILLED OUT MY INFO, AND EVEN THOUGH I AM NOT SO FAMILIAR WITH ORDERING ON LINE, BUT HAVE DONE IT BEFORE. AT THE END YOU CAN EITHER CANCEL OR CONTINUE TRANSACTION. WELL THIS IS NOT WAT HAPPENED I JUST GOT A MESSAGE ORDER ACCPTED. I TRIED RIGHT AWAY TO CONTACT THEM AT ************ AND ALSO ************. THE ***** TOTAL WAS SUPPOSSED TO BE $119.22 BUT THE ADD SAID $123 OR $132 SO I WANTED TO KNOW WHY. IT ENDED UP BEING A COMPANY IN *********(**** *********************** PKWY SUITE 500, ********. NOT ONLY THAT THEY WERE CHARGING ME FOR ANOTHER BOTTLE OF A DIFFRENT PILL. i FOUND IT FISHY AND ASKED TO ***** THE WHOLE THING. THEY SAID THEY COULDN'T DO THAT. i ARGUED THAT THE PAYMENT HAD BEEN DONE ONLY 2-3 MIN EARLIER. BUT THEY STILL REFUSED. TOLD THEM NOT TO SEND IT CAUSE I WOUNLD NOT ACCEPT IT, AND PLANED TO CONTEST THIS PUCHASE. I IMMEDIATLY CALLLED M/C TO CONTEST. THEY AMOUNT HAD ALREADY BEEN TAKEN BUT NOT WHAT WAS DEMANDED IN THE AD BUT I WAS CHARGED A $258.59 AND *****. i SENT AN E MAIL I DO NOT REMEMBER WHERE, TO BE TOLD THAT I HAD TO WAIT 60 DAYS BEFORE I CAN DO ANYTHING ABOUT IT. I GOT THE PACKAGE WITH NOT SIGNATUR AND JUST LEFT IT IN THE MAIL BOX AT THE BOTTOM OF THE STEPS, SO THAT IT WAS IMPOSSIBLE TO REFUSE. I STILL HAVE NOT OPENED THE PACKAGE. I THINK THIS IS A RIP OFF AND A FRAUD. i AM TRYING TO GET A RETURN SLIP TO MAIL BACK. I TRIED JUST NOW BUT THEY ARE CLOSED DUE TO TIME DIFFERENCE. I WILL TRY AGAIN IN **** HOURS. On August 25,2021 I went online to buy some diet pills. I went on the site called Keto Advance ****. I saw on there site that I could get one bottle for *****. I decided to purchase one bottle. Once my payment went through, on there site , someone from there company put down five bottle that I didn't not do. I only click on to purchase one bottle. Once than, i check my ******** was charge ****** cents. I than contacted customer service at ************. I spoke to a gentleman on customer service and spoke with him & told them that I was overcharged & I only purchased one bottle on this site & I wanted to cancel the order. The gentleman tells me that he cannot cancel my order. I specifically told him that I only purchased one bottle, but on the site it saying that I purchased five bottles and that's why I was charged. **************** did not want to correct the error, & the company is refusing to give me my money back. On April 29,2021, I purchased Keto ****, for 3 bottles @ $39.95/bottle, and then 3 bottles free. The very second that my card info. was put in the system, there was a confirmed sale for $239.82. There was no preview page or an option to opt out or continue with payment or purchase. I immediately called the company asking to cancel my order. I was told "it has already shipped," I had to wait 60 days. I spoke to many people and sent emails. There was no way to speak to anyone in billing, or to anyone who could fix the problem. I waited 61 days and did every little thing they asked in the instructions I received, including tracking #, when, where and who signed for my returned package. It was to take 3-5 business days from that point.Many phone calls and emails since with no refund. Now there are "problems with their system." On 8/10 another deduction was made from my acct.($29.95). I was told that when I purchased keto in April, I "opted to buy a product, by not opting out." SCAM!Initial Complaint

To:****************************(KETO ****) + 1 more Details I had ordered one bottle for the $62.00 and my card was charged for six bottles.($239.82) I called and ***** said can not cancel and would receive return label with order (SHE LIED) no return label was included. I called and she said I have to wait sixty days and contact them and they will issue full refund. You have to try product she (*****) said. Finally 60 days they sent a return label and issued only a partial refund. I returned all six bottles and only one was opened that I tried. I was charged $239.82 and was only refunded $155.10. I ordered something that costs 39.00 that's fine. But then saw a$239 charge as well. The total for the order was 279....I would never pay that much for keto. I have never even used this product before and wanted to test it with a small bottle. So I'd like everything refunded to my card asap. After I sent an email to cancel and refund this order they sent me an email confirming my order and thanking me for it....I do not want this order at all not even the $39.00 . I reached out to their customer service online and on Facebook no response yet on that email thanking meCustomer response

I have spoken with someone from the company. After 60 days I can send the product back for a full refund.
