Horrible! Horrible! Way to run a business! ZERO STARS is what they deserve! I took my dog to the for teeth cleaning and extractions, which I was told by the Vet that saw us, their price starts at $220 for cleaning/sedation/pain meds and antibiotics, and that extractions were $15 per tooth up to $75 no more than $75 (so Im thinking TOPS $400 total) and to be available by phone to call if anything was needed from me while she was in surgery Well I get a call of course and the assistant on the line says my new total is now $1200 dollars for her extractions. WHAT?! How is this possible I ask well the however many extractions they did were complicated or harder to remove teeth. So Im given 2 minutes to decide are you okay with the new price that just tripled on you? No, I am not okay with that new price, and why was I not told or given a WRITTEN ESTIMATE that the price of these extractions could reach the thousand dollar **** before her surgery (not while she is sedated and in the table) that is a absolute HORRIBLE way to run a practice (if thats what you consider yourselves). I cant believe you have been in practice for that long considering what you do to people who consider their dogs family! I called them a bit after they called me asked ti speak to an office manager or the vet to speak my concerns, I was told I could speak ti them when I pick her up that evening (they would be there). Well of course they were not there when I picked her up that evening. So I told them I am not paying that price, thats crazy and I should have had a written est. which she said yes you should have and when she looked in her chart guess what ****, no written est was ever made for me. That should have been written up and shown to me the evening before her surgery which was her initial dental check up! I GOT NOTHING! And to make matters worse because I refused to pay $1200 they said I could take her home but she doesnt get pain meds! WTH kind of place is this??? HORRIBLE

ALLBRICK neutered our 14 year old dog back in March when he went in for teeth extraction. I don't know... how would you feel?To be honest, I am livid how ALLBRICK performed unnecessary neutered surgery on my airman son's dog, Tobe, without our knowledge or consent. If I could *** for veterinary malpractice.... I would. I have sat on this because the vet called my daughter, ******, the day after the surgery in March and said that ALLBRICK would perform the correct surgery of course, and not charge us for it. Obviously, that would the the right thing to do if one had integrity. Now they've changed their mind.DEFINITION OF MALPRACTICE; IMPROPER, ILLEGAL OR NEGLIGENT PROFESSIONAL ACTIVITY OR TREATMENT, ESPECIALLY BY A MEDICAL PRACTITIONER, LAWYER, OR PUBLIC OFFICIAL. I'm sure if Tobe had a say in any of this, he would indeed feel like a victim of medical malpractice.Back story.... My daughter took our 14-year-old sheltie in to ALLBRICK for teeth extraction due to decay March, 2022. 2 weeks prior to that, she had to take him in for blood work. When ****** and her fianc went that afternoon to pick Tobe up... They were told that Tobe was NEUTERED. The receptionist supposedly had that in his file. How does getting teeth extractions go to being NEUTERED!!???? They CASTRATED OUR PET WITHOUT KNOWLEDGE OR CONSENT BY PERFORMING THE WRONG SURGERY. The manager attempted to make it seem like it was NO BIG DEAL. The manager's exact words to my daughter... "Well, what are we going to do about it. IT IS WHAT IT IS." The vet did have the decency to call my daughter the next day, and apologized and in his own words described the surgery as a horrible s**** up and that has never happened before. It's not just the wrong surgery that I'm upset about. When she went to pick him up, they did charge and said there needed to be a 3rd surgery, to finish... at around $400. DON'T PLAY RUSSIAN ROULETTE WITH YOUR DOG WITH THIS VET. YOUR PET COULD END UP DEAD. READ ALL THE NEGATIVE REVIEWS!

Thank you for contacting us regarding ************************* and her dog Tobe. As is the case most of the time, there are two sides to a story. **************** has contacted you allegeding we neutered her dog without her consent. Truth is we have a signed surgical consent form dated March 7, 2022 requesting we neuter Tobe, signed by *************************. Consequently a neuter was performed as requested. There were no other requests made on the consent form.At the time of the neuter, we observed Tobe to be suffering from severe dental disease with abscesses. This severity of dental disease only occurs because Tobe was neglected and not receiving adequate care. We recommended ****** bring **** back for a dental, and warned her extractions were likely because of the severity of abscesses he was suffering from.On June 8, 2022 ****** signed a dental consent form requesting his teeth be cleaned and any loose/mobile teeth be extracted. The hospital owner was nice enough to not charge for labwork Tobe needed, in an attempt to pacify this owner, who wanted dental services performed at no charge. He also explained that if Tobe needed advanced surgical extractions we would call for permission. Unfortunately when we called ****** she declined the surgical extractions Tobe needed. 20 mobile and simple extractions were performed for $75. At 1:45pm ****** was called wherein she declined the surgical extractions and said "they" were declined for Care Credit. We explained that Tobe will continue to suffer from abscessed teeth until these multi-rooted, complex extractions were performed. In summary, the services Tobe received were done at *************************** request, in writing and signed. No services were performed that **************** hadn't consented to, and only the services she did request were performed.Thank you.Allbrick Veterinary Clinic

I have asked repeatedly for the records they have for our dog. I have asked for the form that the receptionist put in front of my daughter, who signed it without looking at it, because we have texts between several family members in March and present that shows that we are the ones that are telling the truth. dr yahoo screwed up. He called my daughter the next day March 8 and verbally said they screwed up. My daughter refused to pay for the neuter when she went to pick Tobe up, because the vet and everyone else up there knows... that's exactly why we brought him in for. There was NO REASON TO CASTRATE A 14 YEAR OLD DOG. HE WAS NEVER OFF THE ****** HE WAS IN INSIDE DOG. HE'S MY SON'S DOG THAT IS IN THE **** FOR THE LAST 5 YEARS. I'M THE ONE THAT HAS TAKEN CARE OF TOBE SINCE HE WAS 8 WEEKS OLD. HIS TEETH DECAYED DUE TO AGE, NOT NEGLECT, HAS ************* IS TRYING TO DEFLECT FROM THEIR HAND IN S******* UP, ATTEMPTING TO PUT THE FOCUS ON US. I HAVE TEXTS AND I'LL BE MORE THAN HAPPY TO SHOW THEM BETWEEN SEVERA FAMILY MEMBERS AND HOW ANGRY AND SHOCKED WE WERE MARCH 7 THAT THEY CASTRATED OUR DOG WITHOUT OUR KNOWLEDGE OR CONSENT. THE MANAGER EVEN COPPED AN ATTITUDE WHEN ****** PICKED TOBE UP AND WAS SHAKING, SHE WAS SO ANGRY AND THE MANAGER SAID IT IS WHAT IS IT... IT'S NOT LIKE WE CAN PUT THEM BACK ON. I HAVE TEXTS BETWEEN MYSELF AND MY AIRMAN WHERE WE DISCUSS THAT THE VET SAID HE'D CALL THE NEXT DAY, HE DID, ****** HAS RECORD OF THAT AS WELL, AND TEXT OF WHAT HE SAID TO HER MARCH 8. THEY KNOW THAT ****** DIDN'T READ THAT FORM. AND THEY'RE NOT EMAILING ANYTHING TO ME OR TO THE REPORTER THAT WE'RE GIVING ALL OUR TEXTS AND NICOLE'S **** TRANSACTIONS TO SO SHE CAN HAVE THAT ON HER TV REPORT ON CHANNEL 31 FOX. I REPEAT.... SEND ME TOBE'S RECORDS. ALL OF THEM. SHOW ME WHERE IT WAS EVER DISCUSSED TO CASTRATE A 14 YEAR OLD DOG JUST FOR THE **** OF WHAT???? IT'S DISGUSTING THAT THEY'RE ATTEMPTING TO COVER UP THEIR S**** UP BY TRYING TO DISCREDIT MY 27 YEAR OLD DAUGHTER. I WISH TO GOD THAT I HAD TAKEN TOBE UP THERE MYSELF AND LET THEM TRY TO PULL A FAST ON ON ME. I LOOK AT EVERYTHING NOW BECAUSE I KNOW HOW DECEPTIVE PEOPLE CAN BE. BUT FOR A VETERINARY CLINIC TO ATTEMPT TO DISCREDIT MY DAUGHTER AND COVER UP THEIR S**** UP IS EXACTLY WHAT I SAID IN MY EMAIL TO DR ***** THAT THEY ARE DISGUSTING. I WILL MAKE FLIERS AND HAND THEM OUT TO EVERYONE I CAN. MY DAUGHTER IS A DOG GROOMER FOR ALMOST 10 YEARS NO AND SHE HAS DOG GROOMERS THAT ARE AS APPALLED AS WE ARE. DR YAHOO MESSED WITH THE WRONG FAMILY TO MAKE SUCH A HORRIBLE S**** UP THEN ATTEMPT TO DISCREDIT MY DAUGHTER AND MYSELF WITH THEIR FALSE NARRATIVE. AGAIN I REPEAT..... EMAIL ME ALL OF TOBE'S RECORDS. AND SHOW US WHERE IT WAS EVER DISCUSSED. WE HAVE ANOTHER VET WE TOOK TOBE TO BEFORE ABOUT TEETH EXTRACTION. AND I'M GETTING THOSE RECORDS AS WELL. SHAME ON YOU. HOW UNPROFESSIONAL AND LOWDOWN TO CASTRATE A DOG BY ACCIDENT THEN TRY TO COVER IT UP BY SAYING MY DAUGHTER SIGNED THE FORM. THEN SHOW US THE FORM..... TRUTH ALWAYS RISES TO THE TOP AND HOLDS TO SOLID GROUND LIES CANNOT SUSTAIN THEMSELVES BECAUSE THEY ARE BASED ON ILLUSIONS WITH NOTHING SOLID TO HOLD THEM UP

My daughter found the original papers she was given when she took Tobe in January 5, 2022. NOTHING IS WRITTEN DOWN FOR CASTRATING OUR DOG. WE TOOK HIM IN FOR TEETH EXTRACTIONS AND THEY SCREWED UP AND CASTRATED HIM MARCH 7, AND PER THE DR ***** CALL THE NEXT DAY MARCH 8 DR CONFESSED AND APOLOGIZED. NOW THEY ARE TRYING TO DISCREDIT US. What 1 of the 2 forms do say and I am reading from the copy my daughter sent me; On January 5, 2022 Estimate number **** SX2207 - Dental Clean/Polish {K9} W/Anes T2221- EXTRACTION ROUTINE CP101NV - Carprofen 25mg Post-Surgical IV101V - ***************** Surgery *not ****** A102 - ANTIBIOTICS It has a typed name on the ALLBRICK form *************************
