      I called allbrick veterinary to check on the prices for my dogs shots. I also asked if the shots was 3 year shots. The person that answered the phone. GARENTEED that the shots were 3 year shots. While in the office. I again asked the male VA. If my dog was getting 3 year shots. He said "they are 3 year shots". The vet gave the shots. Then informed me. My dog was given 1 year shots. And wants me to pay extra *****. For a unnecessary booster. The vet acted like I was stupid. When I told him. About how concerned. I am about how fast. My dogs symptoms. Of her age is happening. It is not normal. For a dog to show the symptoms th8s fast. Yet he still ac5ed like I am stupid. I could have gotten all her 1 year shots. For *****. I was willing to pay the *****. Because the sh9ts was 3 year shots . I wouldn't have allowed them to give the shots. If they had been honest with me. The 2(count them) times I asked about. The shots being 3 year shots. I don't like being lied to or stolen from. Allbrick did both. I feel. They should give me back. The difference between the *****. They charged me and the *****. I could have paid for ALL her shots. IF I WANTED 1 YEAR SHOTS. WHICH I Did NOT. Because the vets staff was deceptive. I will NEVER take any of my animals there again!]

      The employees working on the phone are highly trained and have been here for years.  They all know we recommend Rabies be done on a yearly basis because we live in an Rabies endemic area.  Our other recommended vaccines are Leptospirosis and Bordetella.  We recommend Distemper and Parvo be done every 3 years.  When she brought Puppy in for vaccinations on 8/3/2023, before they were given I told her we were vaccinating for ******, Leptospirosis and Bordetella.  I told her she needed to bring Puppy back in 2 weeks for a booster on the Leptospirosis. She agreed and I vaccinated Puppy.

      I am rejecting this response because: 2 members  of the staff LIED to me. I WOULD NOT HAVE ALLOWED THE ***** TO BE GIVEN!!! If they would have told me. They was the 1 year shots. I was told. The vaccinations were 3 year shots.  All I am asking for us a refund of *****. Which is the difference.  Between the ***** and the *****. I could have paid FOR ALL her 1 year shots. Why would I pay ***** more for shots.  I paid the *****. Because  I was told. She was going to be given 3 year shots. Beyond  my request for the ***** difference.  He needs to tell his staff. They will get fired. If they lie to his clients  again. I will hire an attorney  and *** him for m7ch much more. If I don't get my *****. BBB maybe go read the 200+ comments. On his site. You will see. He and his staff has pulled this c*** for years!

      Horrible! Horrible! Way to run a business! ZERO STARS is what they deserve! I took my dog to the for teeth cleaning and extractions, which I was told by the Vet that saw us, their price starts at $220 for cleaning/sedation/pain meds and antibiotics, and that extractions were $15 per tooth up to $75 no more than $75 (so Im thinking TOPS $400 total) and to be available by phone to call if anything was needed from me while she was in surgery Well I get a call of course and the assistant on the line says my new total is now $1200 dollars for her extractions. WHAT?! How is this possible I ask well the however many extractions they did were complicated or harder to remove teeth. So Im given 2 minutes to decide are you okay with the new price that just tripled on you? No, I am not okay with that new price, and why was I not told or given a WRITTEN ESTIMATE that the price of these extractions could reach the thousand dollar **** before her surgery (not while she is sedated and in the table) that is a absolute HORRIBLE way to run a practice (if thats what you consider yourselves). I cant believe you have been in practice for that long considering what you do to people who consider their dogs family! I called them a bit after they called me asked ti speak to an office manager or the vet to speak my concerns, I was told I could speak ti them when I pick her up that evening (they would be there). Well of course they were not there when I picked her up that evening. So I told them I am not paying that price, thats crazy and I should have had a written est. which she said yes you should have and when she looked in her chart guess what ****, no written est was ever made for me. That should have been written up and shown to me the evening before her surgery which was her initial dental check up! I GOT NOTHING! And to make matters worse because I refused to pay $1200 they said I could take her home but she doesnt get pain meds! WTH kind of place is this??? No they have not replied

      The owner was given an estimate for a routine dental cleaning in November 2022.  It was noted that there were mobile teeth,which are considered routine extractions, and the pet had bad breath.  The owner was told complicated extractions (not mobile) would be an additional cost.  The dental cleaning was done the following day, and the pet had severe dental disease with multiple tooth abscesses.  The owner was contacted, and the situation explained with an updated estimate if they wanted to have all the abscessed teeth extracted in addition to the routine extractions.  The owner agreed and the extractions were performed.  When the client came to pick up, they then refused to pay the amount agreed to during the phone call.

      I am rejecting this response because: you as a business knows truthfully and honestly I was not given a written estimate (which I should have been given) even the assistant when I picked up my dog stated yes, you should have been given a written estimate (grabbing my dogs chart stating there should be a written estimate in here) and when she looked in the chart there was not ever one made for us! I told the vet while I was there on my first initial dental check up visit I am here because the other office that I had taken my dog to quoted me $750 dollars TOPS for all work done  (and I still have their quote) and that was too much for us, which is why I brought my dog for a second opinion/quote. Which they acknowledged my concerns. I would have never scheduled an appointment for the very next day if I would have had any idea at all the price would have been $1200 (that would be absurd and ridiculous) obviously I wouldve stayed with the other vet clinic. And never went back! It is ridiculous you think it is okay at all to run a business this way. You are solely out for pinching every ***** you can from a customer and that is it, absolutely no care or regards for the animal or their family! Where is the WRITTEN ESTIMATE I was suppose to be given on the initial visit? You know for a fact there is not one, so do not say I was given an estimate of least to highest amount quoted when I was not. I am not the untruthful party in this situation, YOU (the business)  are completely responsible for not telling me worst case scenario prices in this case! And it is completely unfair to expect me to pay an absurd amount of money that I was not even close to expecting to hear on the surgery date (while my dog is in surgery). AGAIN where is my written estimate that I shouldve been shown worst case scenario pricing?

      Unfprtunately, severe dental disease is a neglectful condition where in the severity of periodontal disease can't be fullly assessed unti the tartar is removed.  After that was done for your dog, you were called and given an estimate that you admit to receiving.  You also gave consent for further treatment, only to refuse to pay when you picked up.

      Again, where is my WRITTEN EST that SHOULD have been given to me! I specifically told you guys Im am coming to you because the other vet quoted me $700 and thats too high for me. So if you come up with a $1200 price after the fact of me scheduling my dog with you guys, while she is in the procedure that is ridiculously unfair practice! Clearly I would have not come to you for this! And will never come to you again! This is unfair and I was basically lied to, and taken advantage of WHILE MY DOG IS IN YOUR CARE! This is unfair and I want you to fix this! It all comes down to a written est that I should have been given and WAS NOT!

      Let's review the facts, client came in for a dental appointment.  After agreeing to our terms for a dental she returned with her dog the next day to have the dental done.  Clearly the severity of dental disease cannot be assertained until the tartar is removed.  Once this was performed, the owner was called and given a revised estimate for services, as she was told at her initial appointment would happen.

      Although reluctant, owner consented on phone to extractions.  Client could have said no.  Client in fact agreed to the services and fees.  When the owner picked up her dog, she paid $500, and signed a contract agreeing to pay the remainder of $710.84. Her contract has been provided to this complaint.

      Client has not offered to pay or settle this balance since, nor has she offered any other amount to settle this balance. Therefore we will have no choice but to turn this account over to collections.  Owner has 7 days to propose a reasonable settlement to this case, or pay the remainder of $710.4.

      I did not agree to the $750 balance anywhere! She asked me to sign the receipt nothing saying I was paying the balance of $750 dollars! I told her I am awaiting a call from the business manager. Again I refuse to pay a balance that I was not aware of when I scheduled this appt for my dog! I was not ever told this could reach amounts of $1200 NOT ONE TIME was that *** made clear to me! Again where is my written est that I signed stating this amount could reach thousands of dollars??? Where is it??? It does not exist, therefore it would only be professionally courtesy of you to write off the balance on this acct! I can not afford (which was told to your practice) thousands of dollars on her dental work. Again I was quoted from the other practice $750 tops WHY would I ever agree to $1200 when I couldve just went back to the other practice and had the work done $500 cheaper? Does this make any sense to you at all? You are cheating people out of money while their beloved pets are lying on the table! That is not fair! I will give you what I was quoted from the other place and that seems fair to me! And never use your practice again! I singled the receipt NOT that I was or had a balance!!! 

      I will send a copy of the other places est if you want proof of that! But again I refuse to pay any more than that considering I mentioned that to the vet that saw her!

      I went to this office for ear cropping services and my puppy for sick. When I tried getting him scheduled to go back and get looked at they refused to see him again scheduling him out 2 weeks. When I called to confirm his Appt he was not on the schedule. Cause OMg my dog pain and suffering from his illness. I had to them take him tot he Emergency vet.

      There is a staff shortage of veterinarians and certified veterinarian technicians nationwide.  Our practice is experiencing the same thing.  ********************* called 4 days later after our office removed stitches from an ear crop to report that her pup was coughing. We told her we could see her at 8:45 that morning but she could not come in as she was taking another pet to a different veterinary clinic. We told her we did not have any other appointments available until April 4th but we could put her on a wait list.  ************* agreed to this.  Two days later ************* called back and as we still did not have any open apartments we gave her the name of a walk in clinic as we are by appointment only..  She did not want to do that so we set her up an available appointment which was 9 days later as she was going on vacation and could not come in sooner.   We called her the day before to remind her of this appointment and left a message on her machine.  ************** failed to make that appointment.

      I am rejecting this response because:
      The asked me to take my dog in that morning and there was no way I could get there in 20 minutes time because I did have shot scheduled for my litter of French bulldog puppies. The reception said she would call me later that day once they confirmed the schedule for the next day to see if they had any cancellations. No one called no one ever called and an appointment was not offered until I finale requested one since they were not calling me back. I did go on vacation but that is not why they delayed my appointment because I told them my 18 y/o son could take the dog in. 
      I understand the shortage in staff its everywhere but when your vet causes illness to a pet that should be priority. I work in healthcare. 
      this is obviously an issue with your vet as I ready several review with the same issue and no support. I was also transferred to the provider and he just brushed me off and said oh they will get you scheduled. 
      Regading the Appt I never received a confirmation call for the Appt. I am happy to share my phone records for proof.
