I want to recommend the Kutler Tax Resolution Service and *********************** and his co-worker *********************** to everyone who needs help with tax resolutions. I started with another person in 2011 when I had trouble with my business taxes and was not able to resolve them. I found *********************** in 2013 as I had nowhere to turn. He moved forward, resolved the issues, arranged an agreement and stayed with me every step of the way, through a very difficult relationship with the **** His knowledge of their workings and his watchful protection over us, keeping them at bay until the agreement was taken care of was something to behold!. He challenged them when they tried to break the agreement , appealing the *** notices and caring for us all the way. We completed our agreement this year in January, and he has made it so that we felt safe, watched over and had our interest at every move. I was in a deep hole with the *** over payroll taxes dating back to 2018, for which our company had a payment. Due financial hardship we defaulted in making payments to the *** in a timely manner. Needless to mention that the payment plan was terminated and Intent to Levy Notice was sent out to us by the ***. When every effort we made for the payment plan to be reinstated failed, we were advised to hire an attorney with tax background. We hired an attorney who was also a CPA to assist us in negotiating with the *** to reinstate the payment plan. For over two months, the law firm couldn't get the *** Revenue Officer to speak to them or respond to the emails which they claimed to have sent to her.Things were looking bad for us, as the interest on the back taxes were building up. Barely one week after we fired the law firm and hired Kutler Tax Resolution, they got a response from the Revenue Officer and got us back on a payment plan. The stellar services we received from ***********************, her team and Kutler Tax Resolution, *** gave us a breath of fresh air. Their expertise, due diligence and reasonable fees can not be compared to the bitter experience we had with a so called tax attorney, who charged us double what Kutler Tax Resolution charged us, but could not deliver the kind of superb assistance we got from Kutler Tax Resolution.I lack words to express my gratitude to Kutler Tax Resolution, *** and will not hesitate to refer anyone who needs the help that I got from them.

I made the mistake when I got into my Tax problems back in 2019 of going with Optima Tax Relief and what a mistake it was. They strung me out for some 3 years or more so the amount I owed the *** kept going up and up and nothing was being done. They eventually came to me saying they would try to get me started on an offer in compromise that could take a whole lot longer so my confidence level went to an all time low.I somehow got a call from KTR and was told only a very small percentage of these offer in compromises ever make it through so I chose to ditch Optima Tax Relief forfeiting the dollars initially paid to them then took a chance on paying KTR to see what they could do. Keep in mind my phone is ringing off the wall with other so called tax professionals trying to get my business.KTR was 100% spot on doing exactly what was initially promised which unfortunately is rare in this day and age where hardly anyone can be trusted. Not one thing KTR promised was not delivered-these guys were great.Optima Tax Relief was a fraud.Thank you so much KTR
