I agree, totally with what ********** said[below], I am saying the exact same thing, driving Miss Daisy is unreliable. She does not remember anything. Do not use this service and shame on ****** Permanente for recommending this terrible service.Review from John A

First time using Driving Miss Daisy services. Spoke with ****** and she set up the ride I needed to have a minor surgery completed as I did not have someone to take me and bring me back home. She had a gentleman named ****** pick me up and bring me back home. It could not have gone any better. ****** was on time and very pleasant to talk to on the drive. I felt that they both did a great service for me and will recommend them gladly.Review from David G

This service was fantastic. They were on time, they were courteous, and they were cost-effective.I was impressed that they knew all the ins and outs of the ****** system. (They were also recommended as one of three transport services. So totally hassle-free. The driver (******) was a gentle and kind soul). I would recommend them.Review from Luis M

****** really just wants to ****** and dime her customers. I received 3 different quotes in the span of a few hours..changing as she saw demand fluctuate.The economy is tough for all of us right now. Yet ****** still takes advantage.Her attempts at hustling me have awarded her this review. She also happens to be extremely rude and pretentious..there are so many car services out there. The only review I see here is negative. I find that impossible to believe. Ive used Driving Miss Daisy many times in the past 5 months for getting to and from medical testing, minor surgical procedures and doctors appointments. Each time was without exception a positive experience and went exactly the way it should've. ****** the business owner is a very friendly lady, professional, organized and willing to please. She has consistently documented the details of my upcoming trips without confusion, miscommunications or errors. My driver ***** was wonderful. She was always on time and knew exactly where she was going. My past experience of using a service of this type has never come close to meeting my expectations and so it was a pleasant surprise to experience the services of DMD. *************** 6/24/22Review from Dale H

Unreliable. Avoid. I called Friday to make a reservation for Monday. ****** took all the information and said she would find a driver and confirm over the weekend. She never called. I finally called her at noon on Sunday, introduced myself and said I was calling for confirmation and details of my Monday reservation. She hung up on me. I called right back, listened to four rings, then rolled over to voice mail. I left a voice mail message. She did not call back. I texted several times in the afternoon and she did not reply. Very unprofessional and poorly managed. Not recommended.
