The experience with *********************** and Timberland Exteriors of Colorado was fantastic. I changed roof before but never understood how it works with the insurance. That was, till I met *******. Not only did he do a terrific job communicating, but also acted in the best interest of me, the customer. During the process, I ran into an issue. My internet was down after the solar panels were removed, which I later discovered that had nothing to do with Timberland or removing solar panels. But ******* and his team were all over it and came up with solutions to get my internet back. I was very appreciative of his support. I have recommended Timberland to my friends. I am now recommending Timberland to all of you!Review from Sandra B

Timberland Exteriors was the contracting company that replaced our roof on one of our properties in ******, **. They came on the date and time they said they would. They were very professional in cleaning up all the debris after the job was completed. They were very responsive to our concerns and some follow up issues we had after the job was completed. We referred this company to others as we had no issues with the services provided.Review from Thomas S

***********************, Project Manager for Timberland Exteriors, was in charge of the replacement of our roof. At his suggestion, he examined our roof with the insurance claims adjuster so that all damage would be noted and nothing missed. He helped us choose a high quality Tamko shingl replacement acceptable to our HOA. His crew completed the roof replacement in one day, and we were provided the required paid Invoice in time for the scheduled closing sale of our home. Hail hit my house in May. We are with State Farm. We tried to file a claim in the past with State Farm and they denied our roof. When we got hail in May we were upset and skeptical because we thought they would deny us again. ************************* from Timberland Exteriors came out and did a free inspection of the new hail damage, he explained that the damage would meet the criteria of the State Farm for approval. *** helped us to file the claim, and met with the adjuster to review the damage. The adjuster was unfair and approved half the roof.*** was able to take more photos, sent them to State Farm and had them come back out. When the adjuster came the second time *** made sure to show him all the missed damage and got the State Farm to pay for the entire roof. Timberland Exteriors started the work next week and completed it in one day. All the debris were cleaned immediately. Without *** we probably would have been denied again. Timberland Exteriors of Colorado did a great. They replaced my roof and gutters after a hail storm. *********************** was especially helpful. He explained the process and was there every step of the way. His help working with the insurance company in my behalf was awesome. The roof and clean up was done in a day. I highly recommend Timberland Exteriors of Colorado for your roofing and gutters. It is so refreshing to work with a company that is so professional. Their communications were exceptional, as well as their customer service.My roof and gutters were damaged by the May 2023 Hail Storm. ********************* and *** did a great job negotiating with my insurance company and keeping me informed throughout the process.They managed to replace my new roof before my ************** renewed for the next year, which saved me A lot of money on premium.Their employees do quality work and were so polite.I am very pleased with the entire process and love my new roof gutters.***********************Review from Albert G

An excellent experience. They did everything I expected and more, including handling the permits and communications with my insurance company. Excellent communication with ***** and ***** answering questions promptly and completely. They said what they would do and when they would do it. Then, they did what they said. The job was completed in one day. The crew was very thorough and careful. After the job was complete, they walked the perimeter with magnets to pick up any nails that might have missed the perimeter tarp. I would certainly use Timberland Exteriors of Colorado for any future roofing issues.Review from Aaron S

It is so rare to find a company anymore that strives for complete customer satisfaction as they did. ******* was extremely accommodating of my difficult schedule, pickiness, and endless questions. He made every effort to make sure we loved our new roof, our needs were met! The crew that replaced the roof paid incredible attention to detail, were very professional and truly made every effort to make sure that what is naturally a very messy job was cleaned up the very best they could. To add to that, ******* came out the very next morning (on a Saturday) to re-walk our property to ensure they every nail that could be found, was. The process of getting a new roof could not have been made easier by *********************** at Timberland Exteriors. My husband and I kept waiting on the other shoe to drop but it never came. The process, soup to nuts, has been the most effortless thing on our end while ******* worked directly with our insurance and got our roof fully covered. Our roof was scheduled within a week or so and completed in 1 day. I wish the world were this easy, professional, and efficient in every other manner because our experience was unbelievable. I would highly recommend Timberland Exteriors for your roofing project. I was very skeptical that I could get my tattered roof replaced for a reasonable cost. They were extremely patient, supportive, and informative when all the pieces came together. The crew was very pleasant and efficient, completing the job by late afternoon. The whole process was seamless and I'm glad they took my concerns seriously and were there with all the answers along the way.
