I wish to take this opportunity to express my appreciation and gratitude to ************************* and his fine staff at Accruit. As a practicing attorney for more than 50 years I have had occasion to deal with complex real estate matters involving the permitted shelter of profit realized from the sale or exchange of real estate. For the last 25 years I have used the services of ************************* for the benefit of my clients dozens of times for tax free exchanges permitted under Section **** of the Internal Revenue Code. ************************* has a gift in that he is always available to render assistance in dealing with the Internal Revenue Code and even more importantly he is always available whenever a question may arise. I believe the best description for the services rendered by ************************* can be described in one word, integrity. He is forever present to assist in maneuvering through the *************************

I have been using Accruit for my **** exchanges for several years now ever since my attorney recommended them. I have always found them to be on top of any changes pending in the tax laws and very thorough in their work. Great to be able to call them and always get an answer to questions about my exchange.
