            I discovered sloppy, incomplete, and non-code-conforming electric work on my radon mitigation system (installed by ACE earlier this year) on May 1st. I called ACE about it on May 2nd and was told that they'd see when they could schedule somebody to come and look. After not hearing anything for a week, I called back today and was told the earliest they can look at it is May 23rd, so now I'm sitting here with a potential electrocution risk on my property for 2 more weeks.

            My system was installed this morning, and everything was explained with regards to the future testing etc.. I would like to take this opportunity to give **** a "5 Star" review. **** took the time to explain what radon actually is and how it can affect a person's health! He further explained how the system that he installed works to mitigate that radon to a manageable level. He explained what I should do if there are any future problems with the system or if the radon levels do not lower after the alloted time. The pitch of my roof presented a minor hurdle that he easily overcame. He is obviously very skilled in your company's profession. Again, I thank you and Ace Radon for a speedy and professional installation by ****. I definitely will recommend your company and services to family and friends! Don *
