              I own the business BF Power Vac in *********, ********** and have had several calls come in from our customers indicating it shows online through MapQuest that our company is permanently closed. This is not true. We have been in business business since October 1, 2004 I have contacted the company several times with no response. This is affecting our business and I want this corrected immediately.

              The "send feedback" on business listing that has listing errors gets no action. Trying to "claim" the listing sends you to YEXT.com who wants to bill you hundreds of dollars to fix your listing with various other directories. This is serious. SEO gets hurt when listings are fractured with both false and correct information. When they make a mistake and publish it wrong, they expect you to pay YEXT to clean it up. Attempts to delete the information or correct it do not work.We should be able to opt-out and have our data removed instead of being asked to pay YEXT to cleanup their partner's listing on MAPQUEST.
