Came 2 hrs on 7/14/22 & back on 7/15/22 for 1 hr 45 min . He said write the check to ****** did not. I wrote a check to the company for $5000 on 7/15/22 and he left. I called Monday 7/18/22 and told him the black top looked terrible and the edging was not done as promised and cracks still not filled. He said he would come back in a couple of hours AND HE NEVER SHOWED UP OR CALLED.

Judging by the photos provided by the customer , it appears to have rained before the sealer cured which is a common occurrence in the foothills and we 100% stand behind. The representative who the customer dealt with on the project is no longer with the company and unfortunately never made any of us aware of the customers issue. I do wish she had made an attempt to reach out to us other than just calling her reps **** phone and letting someone know there was a problem before coming to the BBB. We have 2 phone numbers on our cards along with an Email address and a website she could have reached out to us when she couldnt get ahold of his ****. That being said, we stand behind our work and I will personally be reaching out to the customer to resolve the issue and make sure she is satisfied with the end result.
