Things seemed fine at first when purchasing a used Ram **** (except for the car salesman that could barely speak english). Turns out their "certified pre-owned" cars are just until you pull out of the parking lot. (Strike 1) I had a couple issues pop up a couple weeks after owning the truck one of which they said they had found in their inspection. The problem was that I wasn't givin any paperwork regarding the inspection or what they had found. All I was givin was the carfax which only said they had out new brakes on it. While I was in the process of purchasing the truck they put in so much effort to sell me am extended warranty in which I was initially refusing to buy. I figured I'll have the problems checked out and repaired with the extended bumper to bumper warranty i had bought. I called for an appointment at the shop and they said 4-6 weeks before I could take my truck in which is ridiculous considering one of the issues was a coolant leak. I eventually got it in and asked for a loaner car since the truck was probably going to in for quite some time and in the contract I signed they said they would get me a loaner car. They said "sorry we don't have any." (Strike 2) I waited another 3 weeks for it to be diagnosed even tho I had an appointment. Eventually once it was diaged they said warranty won't cover any of it. Not the emmisions related issues, not the coolant leaks, NOT THE UNBALANCED TIRE THAT THEY PUT ON THEMSELVES BEFORE SELLING IT TO ME, and not the headers. They just gave me excuse after excuse not to come through with the warranty. (Strike 3) Eventually after trying to figure all of this out everybody at this dealership stopped contacting me for whatever reason. I'm working on getting my money back for the warranty and I HIGHLY suggest nobody buys from that ***** infested place.Review from Mayra S

We had a horrible experience with this place. I took my car in for the 2nd time in a month. The second time was taken in May 5th, was told by ****** the service advisor it would take ***** hrs to contact us with the diagnostics. We didn't hear anything for 5 days, on May 10th I texted him asking him if he had any updates, I got no reply. Next day I called twice trying to contact him, finally he picked up the phone on May 10th and gave me the diagnostics, I told him we had a business trip that Thursday May 12 so if he could get the car ready before then that would great. He called my on Thursday at 2:52pm saying my car was ready, but I was already on my way to the airport. I tried to have someone go pick it up but I couldn't make it work. I texted him that I would pick it up Monday May 16th after my business trip. He said that I had to pay the full balance over the phone if I wanted to leave my car there that long. After scrambling to find someone before Monday I just couldn't make it happen, I was busy in my business trip when I got a text message from him on Saturday demanding payment. I didn't even have an invoice to look at. I was under so much stress and anxiety that I had to just turn off my phone and focus on my business meetings. Picked up my car today, Monday May 16th and he had the audacity to tell my husband that he was about to charge us a storage fee! Really? a storage fee when I was never contacted regarding my car for 5 days! I had to text and call twice! So it is ok for this service guy to take his sweet time getting my diagnostics but it's not ok for the customer to get their car when it's convenient for the customer. I was caused a lot of anxiety and stress trying to figure out how to get my car in a drop of a dime, I didn't feel comfortable giving my credit card number over the phone and without looking an invoice. I went to inquire about extending my warranty. I was brought into an office and told about their warranty products and their prices...close to $5,000 for a 3 year, ****** mile extended warranty. They told me that in order to sell any of these to me, they would need to inspect the car and it would take about 15 minutes. 2.5 hours later, they showed me the list of everything that I would need to fix before I could use any new warranty. The list included 7 items, only 2 of which would have been actually covered by any warranty. The list included replacing the tires, an oil change for a truck, despite my vehicle being an actual car, filter change, an alignment and a belt replacement. The grand total of this would be $3,189.55, would I like them to schedule a time to do this? I said absolutely not and that I needed to think about the warranty. They then informed me, for the very first time, that if I didn't buy the warranty right then, they would charge me for the inspection that they mandated. I tried to complain as they were taking my payment. I said, "For the record, I am extremely displeased." The cashier refused to make eye contact with me and I asked her if she wanted to know why I was unhappy, she said...and I quote..."No. If you could just sign here and slide your card, I would appreciate it."Review from Jacklyn G

Worst place I have ever worked with we were ready to purchase a car filled out the application they ran our credit, waited for the salesman to call back for the deposit messaged him and sent emails asking what was going on because they had ran our credit for them to call us at the end of the day that the sold it. The manager sold to someone they knew what bs. Not only did sold the car from under us they but now we had points taken off our credit score bs. I DO NOT RECOMMEND this companyReview from Scott N.

As of right now, they can't be trusted. I made an appointment to bring my car in on June 17th 2021 for simple warranty work. I dropped it off at 7am that morning and they didn't look at my car until the 5th day. They had the work completed the next day which means they could have had my car ready on the 18th had they been true to my scheduled appointment. Meanwhile I'm in a rental car they were well aware of. Because they weren't true to my appointment I had the rental for an extra 4 days which cost an extra $750. I called to get a status update multiple days throughout. I'm thinking my car would still be waiting had I not called 3 business days in a row. When I dropped my car off on the morning of the 17th I was also told by Bonnie with another employee present that I would be fully reimbursed for my rental. Come to find out on day 5 that it was only $35 a day reimbursement. Since I bought my car and extended warranty through them, I assumed that I could trust them for accurate information. When I went to pick up my car on June 22nd I explained how upset I was about being stuck with a $1163 rental bill so I spoke with Becky. We didn't see eye to eye and she discredited everything I was trying to say to the point where she wanted me to leave. I was asking for something. Anything. Like them covering my $100 warranty deductible. What I really want is to be reimbursed the for first 4 days of the rental while my car sat in their lot. Becky refused to work with me. Also I brought my car in for squeaky suspension that never got worked on so Aaron, the service manger said he would keep my claim open so I wouldn't have to pay the $100 insurance deductible again. When I called Aaron this morning to see if my claim was still open, he said he didn't want to do business with me due to the disagreement Becky and I had the night before and refused to hear my side of the story. I gave them tens of thousands of dollars worth of business when I bought my car and extended warranty through them and was treated like an ant that needed to be stepped on. I am willing to rewrite my review if I can get some help on this. All I know is this particular location wants nothing to do with me and has completely dismissed my issue. They refuse to take any responsibility.
