      We had a "move" arranged by ***'s Flooring and Richmond American Homes with Amazing Moves regarding a hardwood floor warranty replacement. Amazing Moves "moved" the majority of our large furniture into storage while approximately ***** square feet of flooring was replaced. They did a good job of moving and unpacking and came out to "repair" some minor damage to various items. We were pleased with those "repairs". But with regards to some beveled glass panel inserts into our coffee table and end tables we have broken panels. We were told by the "repair" crew that these would be replaced by their "specialist" who does kind of things for Amazing Moves. Our move out was on approximately !0/30/23 with a move in approximately 2 weeks later. We were told in mid November that ********* in warranty claims would handle any issues. We sent photos of the glasses insets along with dimensions to her. ******* (a nice lady) followed up for a while and then stopped completely. After 3 months of no followup or replacement glass pieces, I got a response saying they not going to do anything, and that our "settlement" was $15 dollars. The two furniture pieces that are now useless because of the glasses panels were the primary top surface of the coffee table and end table. We do not want an "insulting" $15 settlement, we want replacement glass panels to utilize our furniture. We were told it would be replaced, we waited three plus months and then got nothing. Amazing Moves stated that based on our insurance on the move, that the $15 was the appropriate settlement amount! We did not commit to any insurance, we are the third party beneficiary of the warrant claim move. Amazing Moves needs to step up and be accountable for the damage they did, replace the glass panels, and stop blaming some insurance coverage "we" were not part of. *********************** the Sales Supervisor should also follow up in person and not ignore customer inquiries into this issue. ******************************

      We used them several times. This last move in July was awful. They damaged numerous items to the point they need to be replaced. In addition we had items in storage and several of the items were not found. How do you loose items you are paying them to store. Expensive items. And the items they damaged that need to be fixed like scratches and a bent gas grill, they have done absolutely nothing. But the most upsetting part of the move was how unprofessional they have been in solving the issues. We immediately submitted an insurance claim and they did not even submit it for over a month. They would not return our phone calls or even our emails. We are still trying to resolve the outstanding issues with them and it has been several months since our move. I believe they were sold to another moving company recently and I have to say that their services were a complete disappointment and I would never use them again.I cannot give them even one star.

      Amazing Moves was notified of a claim for the move, we received your claim documents 7/18/2023. Due to the value of the claim, it was submitted to our insurance company on 8/7/2023. Our insurance company has been in contact with you, have completed an inspection of all damaged goods and are awaiting the report. Once that is received, they will contact you for next steps. We are sincerely sorry for the inconvenience this has caused, and for your experience with your move. At this time, we have done everything we can to be sure this claim is processed accurately and timely. We appreciate your cooperation through this process.

      Amazing Moves made this the worst I have had in the last 5 moves. My confirmed appointment was 9am. At 9:30 they were not here so I called their support and left a Voice Mail. I was not given the opportunity to speak with a human being. I finally got a call back approx 9:50 and was told by ******* that there was a warehouse issue and they should be here about ****. They did not show up until noon. There was no communication to me from Amazing Moves until I called support and left a message. The team worked very hard for the next 7 hours and finally finished loading the truck. They proceeded to my new address and unloaded. We were finished at approx 10pm. However they were ******* so much so they could go home they damaged quite a few items. To add salt to the wound, when they presented the invoice it was $700 more than estimated. They claimed I had more stuff than they had planned for. However that is not true if they had listened during the sakes call. Their method too determine cost and resources is very flawed. Basically its a phone call with a sales person. He asks what you are moving. In my case, I specifically told him there was a freezer to be moved. He had a habit of talking while I was talking and the freezer was not on their list. He asked me if I wanted TV boxes for my 3 TVs but they did not bring TV boxes. There is more, but this gives the picture. A $700 discrepancy is ridiculous. Had they given me the true cost, I would have chosen another moving company that had a much better estimate process. As I am unpacking I am finding more and more broken items. A box Clearly marked Glasses on both sides was found upside down. They apparently dropped another box because when it got to my house it was smaller than it was and had tape around the entire box. A table was completely destroyed. I hope I never have to move again but if I do, I will NOT be using Amazing Moves.

      We are sincerely sorry for your experience with our company. We have investigated all of your complaints and they will be addressed with each individual necessary. Communication with you should have been top priority from our team if they were not going to arrive on time. We will have our claims department reach out to you as soon as possible to discuss the damages and being the claims process. We do offer several options to provide us with inventory for the move, that can be over the phone, via video (*****), or an in-person survey with one of our estimators. If this was not offered to you, we apologize and will be sure our team is offering them on every call as they should be. I do believe you have spoken with ****, our Sales Manager. She has also reviewed your complaints and went over the estimate and final invoice. An agreement between you and her was made on how much we would be refunding you. The refund was issued last week. Please let us know if there is anything else we can do to help make things right. Again, we apologize for your poor experience and appreciate your willingness to discuss this with us and come to an agreeable resolution.

      Amazing Moves was on time and the packers were very good. However, we have valuable antiques and they destroyed one chair and broke the arms off a number of other chairs. The chairs were not damaged before the move. We purchased $50,000 of insurance because of the value of the antiques. The adjuster offered to repair one chair that we had recovered and reconditioned and refused deal with any other damage. IF YOU HAVE VALUABLE FURNITURE OR ANTIQUES, DON'T HIRE AMAZING MOVES AS THEY DON'T KNOW HOW TO DEAL WITH VALUABLES. THE INSURANCE POLICY IS A PROFIT CENTER AND WAS A WASTE OF MONEY. ****** ******
