              I hired Abe ******************** moving company to unload my 2 U-Haul u-boxes at 12PM on 9/1. They showed up 2 hours late, verbally assaulted me, never gave me the cash discount they advertised, and worst of all, they damaged my dresser and bed frame. When I told *** (the owner) about the damage, again, he verbally assaulted me and said it was my fault. They have not answered any of my follow-up calls, emails, or texts about the damage. I believe they also provided fake insurance because when I emailed their insurance contact on their "Certificate of Insurance", it bounced. This business should really be shut down for others' safety, especially females. I'm sure you've gotten many complaints about this business before. Please help me get a FULL refund from this business.

              I have used Abe Lincoln movers twice before - always had a great experience and the guys were careful and wrapped my belongings, etc. The third time - NOT the same! I have been waiting two weeks for a response to a broken 50" flat screen TV, a completely broken antique book shelf (in pieces), scratched, and marred other furnishings - NO RESPONSE. I have texted and called several times with *** and nothing - not even an apology. Will NEVER use them again, sad to say. If I could leave a negative star rating for this move, I would. I provided them lunch and tips, the guys were appreciative, but seriously - nothing from them? Bad business decision....
