              I have tried contacting Phoenix capital group through their online portal and never received a response on my interest form. After multiple attempt, i decided to reach out to the investor relation for a resolution. I kept getting told the same narrative but no attempt was made to send the interest form. Submitting this complaint for the business to provide my Interest form ASAP, and possibly an apology.
