Very disappointed with the way this company handles themselves. I had a warranty call with them from kitchen aid. I told them I believed it was a frozen line. They told me that was highly unlikely. I asked if it would be covered under warranty, they said if its inside the ********* would be. If its external such as a pinched line it wouldnt be. Frozen line would be inside the fridge. They sent rep, I had gotten the line unfrozen that morning. I wanted to make sure they were no other functional issues. Rep was here 10 mins then was asking for $159, because there was no issues. I could not, would not recommend. They will try and find a way to charge you regardless of what they do. Very poor business.Best Service Company Appliance Repair Response

During our initial phone call to schedule we alerted this consumer that the manufacturers warranty only covers defects in the appliance and if no defect was found they would be charged for the visit (we have the recording of this conversation). During our visit we found the reason they were having an issue was because they had packed the freezer so full of food that it could not circulate the air properly which caused the water lines to freeze. Since this is not a defect in the appliance, Whirlpool will not pay for this visit. We presented the customer with a bill which he refused to pay. We advised him he could call Whirlpool to see if they would give us a special authorization to pay for repair, otherwise he will owe the bill.Review from Rahul M

If I could, I would rate Best Service Factory as a zero star company. Horrible employee, manager and owner, *********************, he did not even respond to my email from April 19 @3:21pm. I even went as far as providing him my cell #. Here's my email to ***; the owner: Please take ownership of this issue before I file an official complaint with BBB, AG's office and other social media channels that are available to customers like me. After ****** aggressive behavior towards me over the phone, I asked him if I can speak to the owner of the store and he refused to transfer the call to you or give me your name or number (so I found it on the internet). Additionally, he called Whirlpool and had them void my 2 yr warranty due to commercial zone (we are a home-based daycare zoned as RESIDENTIAL not commercial) and he stated that I refused to provide proof of purchase (see below email showing proof of purchase). Before all this, *******, called me asking me for a model # for the washer/dryer and I told her the proof of purchase does not have a model # and then **** came on the call (and changed the entire story from model # to needing the order #). What I gave ***** on the screenshot should be enough information proving my proof of purchase and I told him I did provide the model # to Whirlpool but ***** refused to check with Whirlpool. My experience has never been this poor with any company I have dealt with and rest assure I will be talking to Whirlpool and ****** and having them remove your business as a preferred business if this is how your people will treat customers. I hope the buck stops with you and you call me ASAP and have what ***** did reversed. I also hope and pray that you will address *****'s behavior and bad temperament internally so he does not do this to any other customer. This consumer is unhappy because we have refused to provide warranty service to him because he is using his residential appliance in a commercial environment (home day care) which voids his warranty. In addition to that he was unable to provide an acceptable purchase receipt and was very argumentative during the scheduling process. As a side note, since he is reporting that both his washer and dryer are tripping the house breaker, this tells us the issue is going to be an electrical supply issue with his house circuits, not the appliances, and this would not covered by warranty anyway. When we made the report to Whirlpool they agreed his use of the appliances voided his warranty. Event though I am sorry the customer is dissatisfied with the experience, we are following the warranty guidelines set forth by Whirlpool.Review from Deborah Q

$120 to do a poor Diagnostic no load he said use use it see what happens he felt nothing was wrong with a load in it made outrageous noise now it doesnt work at all waste of money having them come out. Now they want another $120 to come backReview from Lisa C

Our technician was great!!! The fuse on our brand new microwave had burned out and he advised us that we do not open the door while the microwave is running. He told us that this brand has a tendency for the fuse to blow out when you do that. Rather we should wait till the time is over to open door before stirring. Was never told that when we purchased it. Also, he advised to add a piece of wood for more support under the oven. The oven was resting on a shelf which was starting to sag. He told us exactly what to do! He was extremely knowledgeable and friendly. Major Appliance Service will be my go to for any appliance repair from now on.Review from Judith P

Prompt, courteous, very knowledgeable. This was a perfect service call. After diagnosing the problem, it was quickly resolved and my beloved Whirlpool dryer is back to perfect performance. Best Service Company did some warranty work on a range hood I had purchased. They were very professional, easy to work with, and thorough during the entire project. The scheduling worked great and being able to track the representative was a nice tough. Aaron did a great job getting the parts and kept us informed of everything going on. Rob came out and quickly identified the part that was not working and got that ordered. When the parts came in, we were able to quickly schedule an appointment for their install. Rob came back and immediately installed the part. Very efficient and I would recommend Best Service Company for any appliance repair.Review from JOYCE D

Our service from Best Service was excellent! Rob found the problem with our ice maker on our year old Whirlpool refrigerator. He returned in a week and fixed the problem. He was very polite and efficient. We will highly recommend Best Service Company and will definitely call them again if we need any appliance service.
