I AM A PATIENT AT DAVITA DIALYSIS, SUNRAY, MN. THE PERSON IN CHARGE (I DON'T KNOW HER TITLE), CUT OFF THE HEAT FROM ALL THE CHAIRS. THE ** IS GOING, I'M FREEZING COLD, AND THE OTHER PATIENTS ARE COLD TOO. I WEAR A BLANKET AND A WINTER COAT AND I'M STILL COLD; A PERSON COULD CATCH THE *** IN THERE!I I AM ALSO ANEMIC, AND THE BODY GETS COLDER ALSO DURING DIALYSIS. I WANT THE HEAT TURNED B**K ON! I CONT**TED DAVITA GUESS SERVICES AT THE ***** NUMBER ABOVE. AND SO FAR, I GOT NO REPLY. APPARENTLY, THEY HAVE NO EMAIL ADDRESS, SO I AM CONT**TING YOU TO PLEASE RESOLVE THIS ISSUE!Customer response

Over the past 2 years I have asked multiple times to be unsubscribed from the recruitment email sent by *********************. The emails keep coming.In addition, the email doesn't contain an unsubscribe button to do this automatically.This company abuses my email.Remove my name from this list!Initial Complaint

I am transferring from a dialysis clinic in *******,** to a Davita clinic in *******, **. I have missed multiple medical care because Davita will not run my ********* My insurance is in network, because I double check. Davita had an old insurance which is the **************** I have called literally 5 times and gave them my ******** information. Ive been told 5 times that they have corrected my insurance information. And they still havent updated my insurance which is causing me to miss treatment. They do not want to run the ******** because Cigna pays more money. Even though THEY DO ACCEPT ********* they wont change my information and I am getting sicker without treatment. I feel as though I am discriminated against because of race which is black American. It is medical neglect because they said they would fix the problem and its been two weeks with no resolution and only thing they have to do is change the insurance information which is in the medical records they received.Initial Complaint

I paid an invoice to Davita from July '23 for $650.00. The invoice was not itemized. I then received EOB from insurance company that showed all charges to Davita had been covered and I had no co payment or out of pocket expenses due to Davita. I cannot count the number of emails, phone calls that I have had with the company. The earliest email that I can find is showing Aug '23. There is a number of emails and phone calls since then. My husband then tried on my behalf and he received a response that it would be looked into in the next 30 days. He reminded them that we had been told this several times and it's been since July '23.Customer response

Hi I am a patient of 3 years of DaVita Dialysis. The center facility is located at: *********************************************************************************. This facility is non sanitary in very disrespectful staff that are none as Charge nurses and techs. I have a list of names if its needed to be provided. I have met with the facility administrator who is NO GOOD in the social worker! No changes has been made to date! Honestly the entire staff in the corrupt facility should BE SHUT DOWN IMMEDIATELY! I HAVE REACHED OUT TO CORPORATE ON NUMEROUS OF TIMES IN NO HAS YET TO CONTACT ME BACK TO DATE June 10, 2023. These issues begun way back in 2021- to date and on May 23, 2023 the issues has GOTTEN EQUALLY AS WORSE! I am REQUESTING AN APOLOGY IN FOR CORPORATE OFFICIALS TO CONTACT ME ASAP! This is totally unacceptable in a change must happen ASAP! These issues of unsanitary in disrespect from employees here are bizarre in I honestly cant believe nothing has been remedied to date! I am also desperately asking that my facility be relocated asap! I will be contacting a civil lawsuit attorney on this upcoming week as well!Initial Complaint

Whistleblower CC: ************************* CC: ************************* CC: ********************************* and D. C Government Officials I have worked for DaVita for 5 years, in its horrifying IT ***** Epic and Cerner. Leadership is not supportive and not qualified to lead IT projects. CC: Epic and Cerner revoke customer license after reading my 4 years of notes and backdoor deals. At DaVita Black/***** employees experienced hostile work environment which was "medically dangerous," and "**** with discrimination" as a result of the predominantly white staff who were abusive to Black/***** staff. In addition, DaVita will terminate you for complaining about the work environment. Several black/***** employees were subjected to a hostile work environment based on race. Employees are terrified to come forward and provide situations to People Servicers/HR (Joke). Pay raises and promotions are giving to employees in exchange for sexual contact in parking garages. DaVita IT will not promote educated and experiences employees base on race. To: Likened Employees and ********************************* (@drwesleymuhammad) We need action!!!DaVita allow white leaders to get away with acts of racism, sends a powerful message that they can do it again. Leaders must ensure that there are processes in place to make people who have been found to commit racist acts accountable for their actions. Consequences for those who cross the line will indicate to others that racism wont be tolerated, as well as helping to provide closure for those who have been affected. How many black/***** promotions was approved in 2021-2022? Provide ****************
