I had signed up with this company to help improve my credit score. They took a payment out of $82 12/05/23 and a payment of $82 on 01/05/2024. Then again on 01/08/2024, they took another $82 payment out of my account, which then cost me to incur an overdraft fee of $25.00. (Which my bank did honor this withdrawal and charged me as I had overdraft protection on my account. I immediately cancelled my services with them and requested a refund of the duplicated payment, I have call numerous times and get the run around. I have requested the owner of the company to call me and he don't return calls neither. I was original told I would be get back $103 on March 8th for the 2 payments they collected. They are keeping interest on my money - WHY? Also, I have requested a refund of the duplicate payment and I get the run around, I have been told on 2 separate occasions by ******* (After sending my bank statements showing this was one they sent the refund and NOTHING. Since I have been waiting since January 8th to get my $82 plus NSF of $25 =$107 +interest @ $30 a month) - I have NOTHING. They don't answer emails as they say they will, they don't return phone calls. I want my MONEY BACK NOW - I have paid $264 into this =however I am requesting that they reimburse me $264 +25 NSF fee +60 Interest for total of $ 349!
