    Careless, lazy, incompetent, dishonest, condescending, deflecting. These describe the management of this complex. ***** and ***** are very dishonest and lazy when it comes to making sure a request is put through. They do not fix the gates to the property and call you a liar when you tell them it is. My wife has had 2 broken windows on a car that we had in the complex. They called us liars when the gate was broken for 4 months. We rented out a storage unit and they changed the locks thinking it was not being leased. They didnt call or check their paperwork. They sent me in all directions to find out who had the keys to change it back instead them doing it. They promised to change back the locks but it has been almost a week since then. The people running this apartment seem to have no accountability.
