      No repairs have been done. I bought a Ford Fiesta 2013 from 4x4 Auto in I only drove the car for 2 1/2 months before it came to an abrupt halt in the middle of hwy 491 . I waited for 2 hrs before it would start again & drove it home. The next day I drove it to a shop and they had it towed to 4x4 for repairs because on my way home from there it quit & flooded water

      The vehicle was bought April 28th, 2023. ******** called us about 3 months later stating that the vehicle over heated and she continued driving it for over 30 miles. After inspection at big o tire the vehicle was driven hot and warranty would not cover repairs because of self-negligence. When we received the car, we had told her we had scheduled work ahead of her. She then elected to have the vehicle moved to a different shop. If she had pulled over and called us at 4x4 auto sales, we would have been more than happy to have gone and towed her back to town. We will gladly help any of our customers if the need arises.

      I purchased a Car after the 1st 24 hrs I was broken dwn *********** took it back for repair &said they fixed it when I got it back a few Wks later it was not fixed &the ****** was out on it,had traction control problems & low engine oil pressure.that he tried to pass on me for living on a dirt road. when my mechanic diagnosted it& said no such thing. During that time I was given 2 loaner cars. 1st car the brakes were about out on it and the 2nd had a fuel problem and left me walking down a busy hwy with my new born and my 3 kids. Keep in mind both of those loaners were on the lot to be sold. After figuring out it had a ****** prob they closed the contract & gave me a newer car + I had to add another **** on top of my trade &wanted another 300 for taxes. I didnt even make it out of the lot before I broke down again in the new car! I was given yet another loaner that the windows wouldnt roll down and the doors couldnt lock or unlock on driver side switch. They said they got my newer1 fixed I drive yet another hr to pick it up with a newborn AGAIN &I brake down yet again. I was given the same crappy loaner while they were to have it delivered a hr away where I live so I can have MY mechanic fix it when I get a txt from owner saying he doesnt have a way to transport it. When explaining to him I would get it here he told me dont complain to him that he was done with me that he cant deal with me no more that he doesnt no why all these cars are breaking down on me& hes canceling my contract to come pick up my car. Blocked my number & had his employee deal with my husband to get a refund. Prior to the 2nd loaner car he yelled at me and told me that I let my dog in his car when I told him that it jumped in for a 2nd wanting a ride I got it out immediately &he called me a liar & said dont put my dogs in his cars. I didnt. I should be able to drive his loaners as I would my own car since he couldnt give me a running 1 to live my normal life in for over a months time.

      This is **** ******* the owner of  4x4 Auto Sales in Cortez and Durango co.  We had sold **** ****'s a All wheel drive Ford flex sometime last year. She drove the unit for several week's, not within 24 hour's as stated, that she had issues with the vehicle.  I told her that the vehicle has a warranty and that she can take it to any repair shop she would like while the vehicle was getting repaired I had loaned her a vehicle so that she can have transportation.  When the repair facility finished the repair that I paid for out of pocket, because the warranty company would not cover that particular part. A week later she had a issue with the same problem, and I sent my transporter all the way from Cortez to Pagosa up about 12 miles into the mountain to pick up the car and take to the repair facility.  I had transported another vehicle so that she can have a loaner.  She had 3 kid's and my heart went to her.  We don't have provide loaner's, but I do if it is a recent purchase. The repair facility said because of the condition of the road's that she live's on is causing the modules that are on the wheel to malfuntion.  During the course of loaning her vehicles I would ask her to please don't put her dog's in the vehicle, because they were leaving alot of dog hair and mud.  She still did that with the 2nd loaner. She complained to me about talking to her lawyer, and I told that I have been helping her out, even her friend told her that **** is working with you and even has provided a loaner for her and her family. The unit That I loaned her the second time she said she had broke down.  I asked her are you sure you did not run out of gas? She stated that her dad had put gas in the unit, but would not start. So I had called a shop that does work for me if they can go pick the unit and see what is wrong with it.  They put gas in it and charged me 250.00.  I sent my transporter to go pick up the unit and bring it back to Cortez.  Her friend is the mechanic that is working on the vehicle.  She asked me if I can cancel the contract and put her in another. I told her she would need a cosigner for the vehicle she wanted. So I canceled the deal on the Ford Flex, and tried putting her in another vehicle but she was not able to put any additional down payment.  She had a old VW jetta that she had traded in that wasn't worth to much. She was still being disrespectful, so I decided to tell her that she can go to a different dealership and deal with them. She stated that her trade in had damage to it while setting at the dealership in Cortez.  The car had been parked in the very same spot that it had been delivered to. I really tried helping this lady, but could not make this happen for her.  I have been in business here in the four corners for 27 year's and I have tried my best to take care of each costumer.  I am for the most part, retired, but work with costumer's from my home.                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                        Thank you! **** *******

      I am rejecting this response because:
      The owner is a lier , a swindler. My dog never got in his second car. The first car I have for less then 24 hrs when the tranny went out. His cars are junk. His voice sounds nice to suck you in but infact he is a horrible man. I was left broken down with my new born daughter several times. 4 kids! He was mean and disrespectful to me. My father also bought a lifted cord from him who had tranny problems from the day he bought it no compensation nothing! A few friends of mine also had problems right off the bat. He’s a mean who takes advantage of people because they don’t have the best of credit. He sabotaged my car because he was angry with me and the problems I was having.
