They were very helpful when it came to replacing a furnace. When I had called, they sent out **** which was able to give me an idea as to what the cost would be. After we had agreed, he was able to come back out to get the entire unit replaced. Needless to say, I'm very happy with the experience I had here earlier and I would recommend Sunshine Services to others.

I had a leaking pipe that was coming out from an outdoor spout. It was starting to mess up my concrete. Not knowing where to turn, I called around and found these guys. The tech they sent out, his name was *****. I feel he did a good job, and they helped me out of a jam last minute. I was completely in shock with how fast their response time was and how quickly they worked to resolve the issue. Can't thank them enough

Service I received here earlier today from *** was spot on. The people whom made our home, decided to put our water heater on the back in a closet door. I was having a leak inside the home, where we recently laid laminate flooring and was worried that it would have been a problem left untreated. I called around and they were able to come out right away. *** had all the parts necessary to fix the problem right there on the spot. The entire process took maybe two hours and cost us around $400. Very happy with how that went today.

I called them this wekeend to come out and fix a leak. They have a really prompt response time, I had someone out within the hour. *** was able to fix a leak that was coming from my wall. I had no idea what the problem was, and I was quite worried about it at first. The whole situaiton was resolved quickly. Thank you

They provided an outstanding service. I was having some issues with our ventilation system and needed it cleaned. This was my first time having an experience with sunshine, but they came out right away. The price paid was reasonable. I feel they did a great job with the service call earlier today. I would hire them again

Had an air conditioning unit repaired by Sunshine **** Services. I feel they were quick to come out, respectful and did a good job.

I had an AC unit go out, called around and they came out quick. The process took about an hour, but I'm happy with how the experience went. Thank you!

Had an issue with a water heater. I called ***** at Sunshine **** Services and they were able to send someone out right away. The service was 5-stars. Our water heater was replaced in just a few hours. Would use this company again.

Zero Stars. Horrible customer service. They won't be there on time and will likely have to reschedule for days later after you call to complain. Don't waste your time with this disappointing business.

I would give zero stars if I could.To start, I have been a customer with ********************** for a few years. I've used everything from their plumbing service to HVAC (I've had a water heater, toilet installed from them), so this is not coming from a one time occurrence.Unfortunately their quality and services have starkly declined. I can only describe them as over-promise and under deliver.I have needed to replace my HVAC since July and I am still waiting on the completion of the installation after paying 50% deposit. It will be September in a few days. To start, (at least for me) they contract out their installation team-- Tin man heating LLC which is NOT BBB accredited. After MANY reschedules (some of which isn't sunshine fault as equipment was stolen from their truck) I was told my HVAC system is more complicated than they thought. Yet, after not completing the install, I was the one who had to call the office many many many times to reschedule when they could come out to finish the job. By the way, now sunshine has an answering service and if you get the answering service-- you won't hear back from them for at least 24 hours.To add insult to injury, ******************* did an install on another unit in my condo today. They were there before 8am and finished around 6pm. In contrast, last week when Tin man came to "install", they showed up at 9am and left around 2-3pm after saying they couldn't finish the job.It is not right how sunshine treats its customers.
