After searching all day we stopped at Lakeside Auto. I was blown away by the professionalism and the ease at which I felt immediately after talking to ***********************. The selection of cars and the flexibility of the salesperson was wonderful. The whole process from start to finish was smooth easy and stress free. Need a place to go to get a quality used car. I worked with ******************* week on a truck deal and he was impressive. Very calm, professional and knowledgeable! Lakeside has a great selection of vehicles and its clear they care about the customers. The managers and finance guy were great as well! Lakeside Auto is the ONLY dealership that took the time to present and demonstrate the quality of their vehicles to my satisfaction without hyping the shopping experience. I really appreciated being treated and respected as a buyer. The salesman was courteous, took the time to "LISTEN" to my wants and needs and offered vehicle counsel and knowledge. Lakeside auto has one of the best selections of used cars in the city. The salesman are very knowledgeable and helpful. The managers and the finance guy are all fantastic to work with! the process of buying a vehicle is simple and comfortable, being a used car store theres always going to be a small problem here there with a vehicle. Lakeside does a very good job working with people to get their cars fixed when something shows up, I highly recommend lakeside auto!

I purchased a 2016 **** Fusion from Lakeside in August, 2023. The process was smooth, salesman was friendly and the car has not had any issues at all. I feel like only unhappy people take the time to post reviews. I know they sell about 75 cars per month(the manager told me). It looks like they have about 1 bad review per month. I 'd say that's pretty good if 74 out of 75 are happy. I highly recommend Lakeside Auto Brokers!

This place is awful! I do not recommend doing business with them. I paid $160 for a diagnostic fee and they quoted me $900 for my account to be fixed. They kept my car for 5 days and did no work on it. It was also broken I to because they left it unlocked. Roughly $300 worth of my belongings were stolen and they won't do anything about it even though they are liable because it's due to their negligence. I couldn't afford $900 in repairs so I took it to am independent mechanic that replaced a belt for $150 and it fixed all of my problems. I've purchased one car from here and it has been nothing but problems!

Stay away. Just stay away. Untrustworthy business. I even spoke to a mechanic who used to work for them and he said that they only fix what's immediately visible for test drives and they don't touch any long term fixes that they see. I purchased a vehicle from them end of July 2023 and within less than a week I've put over $400 into the vehicle and I have another appointment with my garage for August 17th because I am now having engine issues. They sold me a car with illegal treaded tires so I needed to purchase 3 new tires.My car had been totaled by a drunk driver and by the time my insurance paid me I only had one day before my rental was due back. After visiting 15 different dealerships, Lakeside was the only one left. I was upfront about the amount I could spend and I was told by the sales manager, *****, that he had a 2012 Kia **** in my price range. I test drove it and liked it and then I'm informed it's actually 4k above what I can spend (14k for a 2012 soul? Really?). I got them down to $10,800, which was still above what I could do. After signing the paperwork, one of which stated that the windshield would be replaced due to a spider-webbing crack all the way across the front windshield, I left the dealership. I was told by Monday afternoon the car would be detailed and windshield replaced. I call that afternoon and was told the car was ready. They did NOT clean the car (dirt, dust, hair, smelly) and the windshield wasn't fixed. I was told the windshield would be fixed the next day, then I was told Wed, then I was told the replacement windshield broke so it would be the following Tuesday, then I was told Thursday. I've now received zero communication from the business or the person who is to replace the windshield. I also have yet to receive copies of the paperwork I signed and have requested it be mailed to me, but, again, no response. This is a shady AF business and I really hope people read these reviews to learn, unlike me.

Sold me a jeep with front end issues with suspension issues replaced half of the work order will not return my calls to fix shocks will not take responsibility after months of waiting for ( parts) that they where on order suggest going through a certified *********** seems like dealer can't have dignity responsibility or the willingness to take action for agreement.

First off they seemed shady from the start. They were pushing my to get someone to co-sign with me even when I told them I had no one. They had me sign all the paper work for a car and put down the down payment and said come back tomorrow for your keys. Every day for 2 weeks it was tomorrow we ran into something this that and the third. By the time I went back because they were jerking me around they said I cannot get my down payment back. Even tho I wasnt approved for the loan for the car at all. So they can keep a down payment for a car I wasnt even approved for after they told me I was approved and they were just waiting for paper work to go through? They honestly robbed me and I just didnt know who to report it to. ***** and I dont recommend any one shop from them.
