      My experience with Quality Stucco & Stone was severely lacking in honesty and transparency from their employees.I contracted with Quality Stucco & Stone to order stone for the pillars of the deck. While I already had five boxes of the color I wanted from a previous project, it wasnt quite enough to finish the pillars. When I contacted Quality Stucco, I informed ****** that I already had five boxes of stone and needed enough stone to complete the project in a complementary color.****** said she would have someone check in their stone yard to see if they had the same stone that is on our home in stock; they did not, but she would ********************* Stone to see if they had a complementary color. What I received was a complementary color, but twice as much stone as was needed plus waste. When I informed Quality about the sheer amount of stone leftover at the completion of the project, I was told by the estimator, *****, that they do not buy back stone as they do not resell it. Eventually, after much contention, I was refunded $7.76 per square foot (the decking company designer informed me that I had originally paid $12.21 per square foot by his calculations, based on the billing). Quality took back over 300 square feet of stone, but I was only compensated for 200 square feet (of which photos are attached of the stone they took back. One crate had not been used at all, another crate was half full. With the boxes of stone that was taken back, it would overfill the second crate. My husband verified with one of the installers that the boxes were full of good stone because they had already thrown out the waste. According to *******************************, from Environmental Stone, each crate covers 150 square feet.)I called and asked to speak with the owner and was transferred to ******* I have spoken to him on several occasions. In speaking with ******, I was informed that ***** was incorrect in saying that they do not resell the stone.

      *************, thanks for sharing your feedback.  We are sorry to hear you had a frustrating experience, and we really appreciate you bringing this issue to our attention.  As you know we were hired through a General Contractor to do the labor work for the stone installation, and you came to us to purchase the stone.   We were very transparent and believe we treated you fairly by showing you and giving you copies of the receipts, so you know exactly where your money went.  The total stone price was $7,680.44.  To make things right with you, we issued you a credit of $1,552.00 for left over stone which was considered waste.  We did this in good faith as we stand by our fair prices and our workmanship.  Your project turned out Beautiful!

      I am rejecting this response because: I want this complaint to stay on file to alert other consumers to billing discrepancies with Quality Stucco & Stone. I will be cashing the check, simply because I am tired of fighting with this company and receiving conflicting information; however, I will be warning other consumers of the mess I went through. The fact of the matter is that I was charged for their error and the compensation received does not add up to what was lost. ****** was well aware at the time of ordering the stone that I already had five boxes of stone as I had to bring one of the boxes down for a color comparison to their stone yard, yet they still ordered around 580 sq ft of stone. 
      I want to be reimbursed for the additional $776 because we sent back over 300 sq ft of stone veneer, and not all of that (over half) could possibly be considered waste.

      We reimbursed you what we thought would be fair. As you may know anything that is considered waste, we are unable to return to the supplier and even still issued you a check for $1,552.00 as part of our Customer Satisfaction.  

      Know that the left-over stone (that is considered waste)  is here and you can pick up at any time.

      Ive attached the receipts from the supplier indicating exactly where your money went to as well as an itemized statement. While you are reviewing the attached, keep in mind that we had to travel northern ****** to pick up material and deliver to your home. There are no discrepancies, no hidden fees and we were very transparent with you.

      your exterior stone turned out BEAUTIFULLY. Please enjoy it as we are very proud of our workmanship.

      Poor workmanship. The job was not down as agreed. I have pictures and documentation for their poor quality work. Will need to be redone by another company cause of their false advertising and statement they they could perform the job.
