On July 22, 2021 this company was contacted to inform them of work completed in November 2018, a month before I bought the property, that was improperly done and had caused damage. On the call, he informed me it was covered under their 5 year warranty. On July 27, 2021, he showed up to my property and was shown the damage outside. He just tried to shirk responsibility for the damage by saying the house was separating for itself and then that I was the cause of the damage. Both made were irrational. Finally he said he would replace/repair the flashing. He was then shown the inside of the house where the damage occurred and asked about his insurance coverage. He then became irate—stated he wouldn’t fix it and stormed out of the house, to his car and sped off. I was made aware of the extent of the damage in the process of listing the home for sale on July 20 I need my home repaired because this is a health and safety issue as far as mold, bacteria & structural damage is concerned.Business response

Asshe mentioned i did offer to reinstall the missing flashing .The minor interior damage was old and had been painted over sometime ago. If we were notified when the leak started it would been a easy fix.Tell us why here...
