This company has been calling, texting and mailing me info about selling my home. I have told them via phone and text to stop contacting me and they don't care, in fact the calls, texts and mailing have increased. I am very frustrated due to the non stop harassment and I want this company to cease and desist ALL contact to me.Business response

I am very sorry to hear that Mr. ********* is so upset at us. We work very hard at not over communicating with people. We spend a lot of effort to vigorously track our leads and remove people that do not want to be contacted by us.
Because of our sincerity in being responsive to requests from people we keep copious notes. The notes of our outbound contacts with Mr. ********* show that:
He received a text on April 27th
He received a VM on April 27th and May 6th.
He received a call on May 6th.
He requested to be opted out on May 6th.
He was added to the opt out list on May 6th.
He has not been mailed to in 2 years.
Mr. ********* accusations that “…the calls, texts and mailing have increased” and that we are doing “…non stop harassment…” to him do not seem accurate when compared to our logs and records; especially since he has not been mailed to in 2 years!
What’s very disturbing is that when Mr. ********* called our company, he used so much vulgar & insulting profanity that our employee actually notified her supervisor she was receiving harassing calls from Mr. *********. She was instructed to “block” his number, but Mr. ********* would call her back on a different (unblocked) number to continue to insult, curse, belittle and harass our employee.
In all we have 17 inbound calls from Mr. ********* through different phone numbers. We have blocked these numbers because our employee feels hurt, threatened and insulted by Mr. *********.Business response

We will no longer contact Mr. *********, including the Amazon gift card. Although it can take several weeks for a customer to cycle off a list, I have instructed my team again to triple check that he is not to be contacted. My sincere apologies.Customer response
