This Groove Honda in **************** is totally messed up. I traded my car in as it was leased and I bought a new one. The paperwork kept changing, adding more. They never bothered to tell me, call me, and finally when paperwork did not arrive (I gave them a check for $20,000) at the leasing Honda, I called and called and no one would call me back. Finally I got in touch with sales who got me in touch with finance who said they had not added the tax credit. Then everything went up again. It has been a month and the Honda leasing still has no paperwork or my check. Where is my $20,000 check? I have called and called and called to no avail. Now I am past due on the lease payment and Honda is hounding me!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Yet when you call they do nothing and have no control. They won't even call the dealership to find out where the paperwork is. This is the worst place I have dealt with ever.

I spoke with ****************** Saturday afternoon, March 16th. There was an error on the paperwork by Groove Honda which resulted in a delayed payoff. ****************** agreed to make a payment to her account which will be reimbursed by Groove Honda on Monday, March 19th, to avoid any late fees. ******************* agreed to stop by the dealership for reimbursement of the payment and a full tank of gas while she signs the correct paperwork. This should resolve the above issue with *******************. I have apologize personally for the mixup on our end.

truly a nightmare dealing with groove/freedom honda in **********. took it in 3 times for hands free link not working and they never tested it or repaired it. had the front camera system malfunction, 8 weeks for new part, they gave me a loaner, told me that that was all they would do for me, and tried to have me arrested and had police confiscate the loaner because they decided they wanted it back evern though the manager, ***********************, told me to my face that the only thing they would do for me is to give me a loaner. within 5 month I had it in 4 times for repair. 2022 honda crv!Review from C. Had my car misdiagnosed by a mechanic at Freedom Honda where to get a second opinion from another shop here in **************** found out that the car would not release the key in the ignition until it was gently slammed in the park and then I did not need an ignition switch replaced I contacted Honda corporation they are just a middleman each dealership is independently old the service manager ********************* was supposed to get a resolution he never returns phone calls never did anything about it he cooperated with Honda gave them the invoices for the repair never offered any type of compensation ever took responsibility and I will never go to an incompetent dealership again and if I would not recommend them as they are too busy for good customer service this is not the premise that Honda was founded on but things have changed since Covid and my next car will be a hybrid RAV4 with ******
