I was recently hired to be a service advisor here and I was shocked how they operated internally. First, they preached having a family-like work environment, that was in fact a lie. A coworker/trainer on my second day tried to file a complaint with HR about me googling the term "dram glass" which showed an image that wasn't work friendly but wasn't in my control. I only googled this because my boss told me to search for it as we discussed what we did outside of work. The nefarious attack from my trainer didn't work. This angered my coworker and little did I know her father would soon be my boss's boss. She also has a brother that works for the dealership. With a failed first attempt to give me a write-up on the first 3 days, I still attempted to look past this and continue trying to be a valued asset to the company, especially, since it's more of a commission / performance-based pay structure. Two weeks into my new job my trainer successfully weaponized HR and used it to get me written up. This time for something I have never experienced in my life. They attempted to write me up with "inappropriately looking at an employee" this made it obvious that I was being persecuted. I don't appreciate being associated with perversion and sexual misconduct, which isn't a light accusation. I protected my reputation and resigned. However, let this all be a ****** to learn that nepotism, favoritism, and weaponized HR tactics have no place for functional businesses daily operations. I have never experienced such disregard for someones livelihood. Beware working for this company.

Do not buy a vehicle here! They still owe me my $2000 down payment back from June 2022 and no one will return my calls. My husband and I bought a 2015 **** F150 pickup truck that broke down (rear end went out) on DAY 2 of driving it. We had it towed back to the dealership and traded it back in immediately. Since they sold it to us without having done a safety inspection they held onto the truck for an extra week so by the time we got to take it home, the financing had already gone through. This means when we traded the broken truck back in we had to go back through the entire credit check **************** again. For the F150 we paid $2000 as a down payment and purchased a $800 maintenance package. The truck we then purchased was a 2017 Ram ****. Note-This truck was more expensive than the F150.The salesperson, ***** said it was not possible for us to get our $2000 cash back from the F150 purchase. They then required us to pay ANOTHER down payment of $700 for the **** They then, charged us ANOTHER maintenance package, this time for $899. I have called and spoken to the sales manager. I have left voicemails. The only refund I got was my gap refund of $700 from trading in the F150. Even though they should refund me one of those maintenance packages, I just want my $2000 cash down payment back!Buyer beware. Alpine Buick south is not to be trusted!

I purchased a truck on August 28th with outside funding. ****** helped me with my needs and it started as a great experience. I know it takes time for them to payoff the trade in. So, when the payment was deducted on September 15 I didnt freak out and knew I would get the money back. Then the October payment was taken out of my account. On the 15th of October I contacted ******* and Oz in finance and was told that they never received their payment so they were not going to make a payment on my trade in. This was also confirmed by OZ. I was able to get in touch with RBFCU and they had me on hold while they talked to alpine. Alpine still has not made a payment in over two months.I Called celin @ **** on November 1st and explained the situation. He stated that they had received payment for my loan on the ram but had not paid off the Highlander. I checked the website and the Highlander was no longer for sale.Sales manager ***** called and said he would look into it and call me tomorrow. ***** never returned my phone call.1434 Oz called and took responsibility for everything and said that a check would be overnighted to PNC today.I would never go through this car dealership again.

Bought a truck from them never took possession of it. They called and said they won't sell me the truck then tried to up sell me with a truck they didn't even have. Got my down payment back but then the loan still went through and is now on my credit. No one important answers phone calls. They canceled my truck but expect me to pay for it?!?!?!
