I was ******* employed here at fatboy slims as move coordinator. I was desperately looking for work that was from home due to the fact that I had just gave birth to my son . Everything was going great for about 3 weeks then all of a sudden my manager called and told me that I didnt need to log on that day because something was going on with the business this went on for about a week and then my manager just completely stopped answering my calls so I then started contacting the owner of the company he lied to me and told me something along the lines of he losing his business . They must have forgotten I still had access to the website that showed all the sales being made all the moves being scheduled and completed. From what I saw BUSINESS WAS STILL UP AND RUNNING !! After a few days of me contacting the owner he then started questioning me. Asking me why I was not calling The hiring manger. Then asking if *** heard from her because he had not either !! they literally didnt even have the professionalism to call and fire me.. I literally waited 2 weeks for a phone call and I got nothing!! Every morning I logged on to the whentowork app and tried to clock in but I couldnt my name still on the schedule but 0 hours were given to *** was confused stressed discouraged.. I eventually just messaged the owner AND THE MANAGER expressing that I appreciated the opportunity I was given to SAMPLE that movers coordinator (remote) position and that I was going to find employment elsewhere. The hiring manager and I were actually pretty good friends from a few years before (well at least I thought we were) and she has yet to say anything to me. And from what ****** says business for Fatboy Slims Moving is Still up and running

Fat Boy Slims, deliveredto us the worst customerservice experienceI have encountered. The list of grievances with this companyis too long to enumerate here. In summary, the crew they sent was not preparedfor the move and when they arrived at the pick up location, they seemed overwhelmedwith what the move involved. Coming out of a 3rd story building, with elevator and stair access. For some reason they wantedto use the stairs for all items, and as such the price was to go up $25/hr from the originalquote. I held them to the originalquote as I explainedthe nature of the move and the inventory, there were no surprises.Once the crew started to load the truck they were great. However, one of the guyshad horrible bodyodor.The unload at the new home went ok. Some minor damage on the dining room table. They did build a new king size bed frame. They did not lay any carpeting or floor protection down as reflected in their written quote.The move did yield some missing items. I discovered when I went backto the move out site, a bottle of daily medication was missingfrom the medicine cabinet, when I told the team they did not need to move anything from the bathrooms.As we unpacked at the new home we discoveredour two bedsidetable lamps were missingand the tweeter domes on a pair of good stereospeakershad been crushed. The owner of the company stated they cannot do anything about the lamps since we signed off, everything was off the truck. He was going to look into the speakerrepairs, but I never heard back.I felt a baitand switch operation, I had a written quote but they wanted to adjust it once on site. The total bill came in severalhundred dollars over. I had even left a generous tip for the crew.Fat Boys Slims misrepresentedwhat they promisedand would deliver. There was a definitedisconnect between crew and management on what expectationswere. It was a very disappointing service experiencefrom what was claimedas a professional moving company.--

ALL of the Fatboy Slims moving company was an absolute pleasure to work with.This move was very stressful. Our furniture is very sentimental to **, and the movers truly took their time and approached each situation professionally. Could not be more amazed with ********************* ***** DJ and ***********from the estimate to the delivery everything was communicated properly and they definitely went the extra mile. I Will and have recommended friends and relatives. GREAT JOB FATBOY SLIMS.

Recently did a job for Fatboy Slims and they still owe me money. **** won't answer the phone and all the lines forward to her number. I spent hours waiting at the gas stations for them to send fuel through CashApp and they continued to question me everytime I asked even after I sent receipts and pictures of the dash. I even had to come out of pocket for rooms and food. They didn't even honor the initial agreement of pay. Very unprofessional.

The 3 movers came 4/30th/23- they got my most precious items in the truck said they had to collect payment in cash or they couldn't continue the job. As it was Sunday (bnkclosd) I was forced to pay $1500.00 cash. After unloading at storage I had to pay ******* cash to complete the cost they said. They were given specific instructions on how to put certain items visible and a tiny space down the center to take inventory when I could get there. My storage unit is blocked I cannot get in. 150 yr old antique couch I can see they broke up pretty good but I can't even get in to inventory my things. They left the move out location door off it's hinges and the entire inside of my bran new refrigerator behind in move out location as well. I'm 60yrs old!!! They even charged my card on file I used for deposite w/booking another ******* ~ this was not authorized - I have no cloths nothing is as agreed upon. I believe they have stolen most of my things this is why they blocked me from getting in. I have photos if needed Zero Star Zero everything this company is OUT TO ROB AN OLDER PERSON BLIND
