We paid them $125 to give us a diagnostic on our broken AC unit. Told them we had tried to repair it ourself and replaced a part and he had the panels off the unit they sent someone out. He looked at it even though he said he normally wouldn’t with the panels off, they were already informed of this before even sending someone. He said it was the control board and if that’s not it they would come back. We fixed the control board 15 minutes after he left. We called they sent someone back out 3 days later and we missed his call and he showed up and left and took pictures of a garbage bag in the front yard no where near the AC unit. So there was no purpose for that. Now they are saying they will not reschedule. They basically stole our money and didn’t complete any service.Business response

I'm sorry the service and cost of $125 to diagnose your dismantled a/c was not what you were expecting for our afterhours appointment. Though we have a different understanding of what happened, we will (and always will) fully refund an unhappy customer. Please find your credit card account to see your refund.
We have a great reputation and have worked extremely hard to earn that over the last 25 years. I am deeply saddened that we somehow missed the mark with you and your family (since that is how you feel.)
I hope your a/c is working now, and you can enjoy the comfort of that for the remaining of the summer.
