Ordered a 3 door hardwood buffet 2/20/21. Because of COVID restrictions buffet was delayed. Contacted ************************* numerous times via telephone and email. Kept being told that it would be delivered at the end of each month. We paid $863.96 on a credit card. Never received the buffet. Called, sent letters to ************************* to cancel. He is no longer in business. Tried to get money back, **** said they can't do anything. WE WANT OUR MONEY RETURNED. ******************** is a thief.This is fraud. There are 12 reviews of people with the same problem. He must be ************** to return my money.Initial Complaint

I placed an order on August 3rd of 2022 totaling $1908.90 for a wooden hutch and buffet. I was given an order confirmation that said my order was being prepared and I would be notified when it was shipped. Since this was still during COVID, a lot of product was backordered. However, the card provided was charged but I never received a shipping notification. I reached out multiple times on the website (when it was still working) and called the number to see if I could get a response on when product might ship but I was not able to get through. The email provided for this business no longer works, the website gives an error, and the two phone numbers I could find are either associated with another business (Wild West Living) or not available. I am looking for a refund for money that was taken without delivered product.Initial Complaint

I ordered a bookshelf unit about a year ago from the website and never received it despite leaving messages and writing emails.Now it appears these guys are selling on Amazon, under the name International Concepts Furniture. I have seen this 'brand' elsewhere online as well. I just want my shelves!
